In this technology booming age, the study of history has gradually been regarded as a subject of comparatively less importance. The future development of humanity seems to be of uniquely worthy of investigation, but the history, which had happened before, is a mass of events that could do a little value to right now. As a matter of fact, it is the other way around. While the speaker's assertion that the study of history has value only to the extent that is relevant to our daily lives, I confirm that it is only one trivial aspect of the benefits of studying history. The facts of first-rate[/color](什么意思?) importance are the dominant role history plays in the avoiding of history mistake, and the potential law of society it may manifest.
The society as a whole(用society作主语感觉怪怪的) can learn to avoid repeated history mistake by studying the mistake in human history. After all, the society is constructed by all kinds of people, whatever they are kings, citizens or in a form of community(国王,市民和组织不是并列的几类人吧?建议不同种类的人从农民,工人,商人等几方面写,可能会更合理一点), but human has undergone no general improvements in behavior and morality. Hence, even thought time flies, the situation in which mistaken choice was choosen before may reoccur once more(reoccur 和 once more意思重复了,建议用occur once more或者reoccur) not in the same but in a similar form. As an (a)Chinese old saying:"history is a mirror", which means the history mistakes that were similar to reality has hidden in the mirror, and can be found out if we looked into it. As a matter of fact, it is almost in this way that we avoided the history mistake from rehappening(happening again好像要更地道一点). This is of particular moment to the politics, which may have profound impacts on its residents. (例子没想出来??)
小建议:举鸦片战争和二次世界大战的例子来说明history is a mirror.
The study of history can also help us understand our present society. Marx, one of the famous socielists, economist and philosophers, is the first man who turned his eyes to the law of society development and had seen there lots of evidence to support his famous article named "Capital". Through his long time of studying the humanity history (语法有误 through his long time study of the humanity history), particularly the relationship and hierarchy that evolved and emerged in tens of thousands of years, he fearlessly generalized the demonstration of all his thoughts into the famous principle of "surplus value ". If it were not for such results, we may have a vague and incorrect view of our society. Furthermore, studying history can also be beneficial to our daily life. Without the benefit of the historical knowledge we learned, we would be ignorant of what has happened in the past, how this society worked before, and even more, who are my ancients. Then you can imagine what a mass(什么意思??) our society would be.
Finally, the study of history can make us to be more confident and brave in facing the problem or obstacle in life. Based on the historical perspective, the naive young people may be more smart and intelligent than before, for history has already given them some experiences and lessons. Known what will happen and told how to deal with the matters, we will behavior(behavior是名词哦) more rationally and keep ourselves away of trouble. This, in turns, leads to forming the good habits of learning from history.
小建议:这一段要是能举个例子就更好了
In sum, the speaker underestimates the critical value of studying history and fails to recognize its potential capability in avoiding mistakes and offering us an insight to our society except for the value to our daily life. In the end, if the benefits of studying history are so obvious, why don't we all begin to be involved in studying and using it?(结尾用一个反问句来深化论点,不错,赞~)
总评:
