         3.阐述家长和社区的重要性:1) 入学前它们是孩子获取知识的源泉.
                                              2)他们是孩子的情感纽带,影响深远.
         4.教育不只是知识的传播,还是道德品质,良好的生活习惯的培养,而这些主要
           是家庭和社区环境的影响.
         5.Counter-argument:一些特定的时段,如青春期,家长和社区的影响会减弱,
           但由于了解,家长会对教育方法进行调整而起到好的效果.

Families and Communities, the central part of education

Nobody can completely explain the complexity of education, even the professional educators, who play significant roles in cultivating children. As the importance of education is aware of by increasing numbers of people, for cultivating a well-rounded person, it seems only the effort of the professional educators is limited. Meanwhile both parents and communities are starting to be involved in the local schools. One of the reasonable explanations to this phenomenon is although the professional educators contribute to education considerably, the parents and communities, which in my viewpoint, should be the central part to education itself.

Undoubtedly, professional educators trained specifically are indispensable to education. Scientists focus on the study of the educational theories, which as the guidance and instruction conduct teachers to take the most appropriate method to educate the students. A considerable number of educational systems are built by the instruction of the scientific theories. Some controversial issues, like whether students should choose their curriculum independently, undoubtedly can not be easily concluded without the experts' suggestion. Not only the significance of the educational experts, in addition, what high school teachers or college professors contribute also should not be underestimated. Teachers, who either presented an excellent lecture or inspired the students with new ideas, do impress upon everybody or even totally change his/her life. Fortunate and gratitude students will feel when they recall the influential teachers for their lives and it is them who make the school time deserved and meaningful.

Meanwhile, after lauding for the contribution that professional educators offer, the publics should realize that the central part of education might be taken in families and communities because nothing could be more influential for a person than parents and communities when he/she needs education. It is impossible and impractical to enroll a baby in school. For most of the family, before school time, children acquire the cognition to the world mostly from the parents, make friends from communities and learn from each other. With years of co-living, parents become a incomparable part of people’s lives and also the communities, which they have been living for years, become an emotional "sanctuary". It is the same condition even after they enter schools. Students may forget the homework or neglect the supervisor's advice, however, a spiritual conversation deep in the night with their parents could be marked and cherished for life. Like the positive effects that a good family brings about are invaluable, the community environment is also important or even crucial to the children. Neighbors and playmates can be the examples to imitate. It is almost impossible for a child to be well educated if the community in which he lives are full of drug abusers and criminals in sorts.

Moreover, some knowledge can only be attained from parents or communities while schools can offer limited help. From schools, students can learn who is Issac Newton and what achievements he made, can obtain the knowledge of what is philosophy and what happened in the World War II. Nevertheless, the possibility that teachers change students' life habits is slim, like the intake of food, which is significant for a person's life span but only can be formed by family for most of the people. In addition, the essence of education should never be misunderstanded. Not only knowledge, learning methods, and professional skills that education should offer to children, but also the value of life, optimistic characteristics and necessary moral conducts should be cultivated. As the examples for children, parents and their playmates in communities are most likely to be imitated, and their perspectives towards life could become the reflection of the children's in the future. The publics should never be astonished why there're always some top scientists who are dedicated to clone human being, for their radical values of life, which might be inherited from their family, can not be decided by the famous universities from which they graduated.

Admittedly, as a special group in society, teenagers start to become independent, and for which, the influence of parents on them are weaken or even negative. Some experts may be skeptical to the significance of the role which family plays in that period of time, however, parents can adjust the ways of education to meet the psychological change of their children. And to the contrary, in this special period when children's characters start to be formed, parents would never be so crucial for their children as the custodian.

In conclusion, professional educators provide persuasive theories and methods to improve the way of teaching, indispensable though they are, still can not replace the role of parents and communities. Parents should be involved into education more extensively, at the same time, a good community environment can propel the self-development for the children. With abundant cooperation of the family, teachers can carry out their works efficiently. Also the professional educators could try some constructive corporation with the local communities and the students' parents to maximize the effect of education.
