I firmly agree with the assertion demonstrated in the speaker. It is true that not only enterprise but also unique perception result in innovation. Innovation, which can be defined as an introduction of something new, such as a new method ,idea or device, is established
upon the great accomplishment reached by the people who lived before and may be a mere distinction from the conventional ones.So innovation depends on more ability and responsibility of individuals .However, we should never neglect the influence of a team, because
the details may be worked out by it.
  First of all, the  in inspiration of creation comes from individual enterprise which helps us conquer the obstacles suffered in the
process of seeking for success. To make a grand aim is much more easier than get it to be true, for serious efforts are called for to fulfill the gap between dream and reality. Also ,it is common to raise the rely on others in a team while difficulties comes up. Laziness is the human nature that is subconscious. Thus ,a consistent and permanent enterprise is essential for the progress of achieving innovation.
  Further more, a second component for innovation is unique perception of individuals, for it asks for personal intellect and
inspiration. Anything unwonted may results innovation. As a matter of fact, most scientific inventions and discoveries are not recognize
by the contemporaries and the reason is very simple: these great achievements of individuals , which will be confirmed to be
true in the future ,are intricate for the majority then. Unfortunately , in order to cooperate with the teamwork harmoniously, most
people intend to comprise with the opposite view point .It is middle of the road to strike a balance among distinct attitude.
Without fail , this tendency will inhibit innovation and unique perception of individual plays a more  entitative  role in. Especially,
in the realm of art ,technology ,literature and so forth, the inimitable of individuals should be considered as the only factor of
obtaining success. Take the evolution in fiction for example ,unconventional  short fiction became even more widespread after World War Two. American
Kurt Vonnegut .Jr. included several stories that make satirical use of science fiction genre in one of his works ,called Welcome to the Monkey House.
Then ,surrealism fictions came out with exponential speed .This contribution is the milestone for literature of the 20th  century and display the
weightiness of unique sense in  obtain innovation.
Indubitablely, the accessorial effect of a team should not be neglected. which will make out the details. In a large project ,composed with initiate work
and ones has been worked out before. To fulfill a task, basic work which request no more individual intellect or has been
solved before should be done by the teamwork ,left somebody with unwonted
  view points to do the creative work.
All in all, to obtain a innovation ,we should mainly concentrate on the individual enterprise and unique perception , meanwhile ,take advantage of
the team to complete the details. Harmony the benefits of the two aspect will be helpfull for gaining innovation.
