In accordance with the title of assertion, people expect to significantly advance any field only depending on that outsiders bring their knowledge and experience. This is a heatedly debated issue in that it affects everyone's daily lives. I strongly tend to favor the contention of the speaker, relying on my personal experience and some examples following behind.

The threshold reason of my fundamental agreement with the speaker's statement is that, with the all fields in human endeavor keeping on developing and advancing without any cessation, people gradually find out that one field of study can not dramatically advance solely hinging on people who are specialize in that field. During the past years, human beings create and invent innumerous great and far-reaching discoveries and inventions, which also lead to that, in recent decades, researcher or scholars can not easily and readily make an important contribution or progress to our society. Many fields are crowed with many experts and specialists, all of whom are familiar with their field and excel in some specifics. Yet, they can not serve to generate an essential theory like Newton easily found gravity and Einstein create relativity, partly because they are consciously or unconsciously limited them in their fields and can not break out established principles and regulations..

As a matter of fact, outsiders who like a fresh air can be a catalyst to stimulate and encourage many fields to improve and advance. For one thing, many outsiders, who are not similar with those experts limited by principles, theories and themselves, can damage and discard many fundamental principles and other restrictions. It is certain that creative thinking and genius ideas sometimes are fostered in that environment. Consider, for example, that the college exchanges dean in order to flourish or improve both of them. In general, people can not believe that the dean who presides over the college of computer science can shift to take charge the literature college. But, it is a sound and worthwhile method to change the atmosphere and bring excitement. Commons sense tells that two college own different even distinct character and feature, and thus those deans can not do well in different environment. Yet, as a dean, diverse field will give him various experience and knowledge, which sometimes can effectively and efficiently deal with some problems and attain better success in another field.

For another, since in today many essential applications and requirements will not be accomplished only by people in one field, the study and research demand different people to join in and finish one special task. Consider, for example, the spacecraft. Although the exploration depends largely on the experts and specialists in astronomy, they still need other fields bringing their knowledge and experience. Computer scientists are in charge with devising complicated and elaborated computer and software, communications scholars take charge in preparing good communication devise, and material scientists will provide reasonable and sound equipments to people. Without outsiders entering in the project of space exploration, no one can imagine that it would be finished and successful less than a hundred years.

To sum up, due to analysis and examples mentioned above, nowadays in any field although experts press to study and devote to researching, people can not readily advance as before. On the other hand, other fields’ people can help people significantly develop, which results in that those outsiders can bring fresh air, including their knowledge and experience.
