With the rapid development of the society, every aspects of Education attract much more concern than before. Some people now care about the effectiveness of the Education. They insist that Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. Considering the task and responsibility of the Education, I partially disagree the views.

The first reason why I think it is not effective is that personal needs and interests may violate the aim the education. As we know, everyone has his/her own characteristics no to mention ones' needs and interests. Admittly, we should consider anyones needs and interests at some extent. Nevertheless, if the individual needs and interest are totally contrary to the goal of the education, teaching the valuable knowledge to people. It is no need to consider them, especially when they sound ridiculous. For example, my little brother now addicts in TV Game, and he  wants to open the course which teach children how to play the TV Game in the school.  Education will not or never meet such crazy requirement.  A lot of the same example like that can be seen in education. Education should be ineffective if it meet any requirement without criticizing.

If we can not find the bowshot, we would be confused at where the arrow should be shot. The same things happen in Education.  Statistic shows that about 20 percent of freshman of college don't know what he/she needs and interests.  Thinking the first semester of my college, I fully hesitate at which course should I take and what the course instructor I should choose. Many people may have such confusing experience.Different from the ones’ confusion, education must head for the target and rationally arrange everything. We should depend on students to decide things especially when they have no ideas of the knowledge which will be taught. In such condition, we can not say satisfying ones’ needs and interests will improve the effectiveness.

If the education can specially design to meet the needs and interests of individual, can we say it  truly effective? Absolutely no. because satisfying the needs of individual is an important factor of effective education, no the only ones. Lots of other factors affect the effectiveness of the Education, such as the teaching method, the instructors and the education environments.  Only when all these factor consider all together did we say that Education will be truly effective. An attracting topic with boring teaching method can be considered failure in education. Outcome is ineffective. Then we can not reach the conclusions so fast. Ceraintly,meet the individuals’ needs is primacy, but all things considered can get the most effective result.

We can not deny the individual needs and interests play an important role in Education. Neverthless,the principle consideration is no the only consideration. Just like the above mention, Education should consider many factors to make it truly effective.
