TOPIC: ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student." WORDS: 446          TIME: 0:41:53          DATE: 2006-6-21  With the advent of the Information Revolution, the whole society is operating much more like an organism, which calls for a much more effective education. 好象没有因果关系Therefore, the education that is specifically designed to meet the each learners' needs and interests would be the  truly effective one for our current situation.
The origin original idea which the truly effective education should always maintain is its consideration on the learners' own specific needs and interests. There is an old proverb saying, "The best guide and teacher is the interest itself". Actually, as an individual in such a systematic society, the original power for the learner joining in the education system is to make himself/herself more essential and significant to him/her and others. This is the architecture, the others are the oraniation.  ornaments Consequently, designing the education to meet the individual needs and interests will, of course, not only benefit the single learner, but also the other individuals benefits the whole rather than a certain individual.
Meanwhile, the education that focus more on the individual needs and interests will benefit much more to the whole society. The higher education in university and college in the United States are such good examples. In almost[Almost in] each college, we can easily find dozens of selective courses in the lists. The students do not need to select all of them. The merely mere rule here is the requirement on of the total credits. Except for this, everyone can choose whatever curriculums they need and interest in. In such a free circumstance situation, there goes also dozens of allmost of who has concentrated they A batch of scientists with Nobel Prize, mathematicians with Fires Prize spout out, most of whom have devoted their whole lives to on the modern society progress. With such great contribution the higher education has done, is there anyone would say it is not truly effective? By view of the significant achievements accomplished by them, is there any reason to doubt about the effectivity of its contributor-a liberal instruction system?
however, is the learners' needs and the interests the only rule that the effective education should obay? Of course not. The principles the honesty, the equality of opportunity, the fedelity to the fridends, the family and the country and the like. All of them are the basics and foundamental of the world. The task of education contains many other contents such as virtue courses which indoctrinates our children many important traits like honesty…..And in opposite, the kind of education[我觉得这样会使前后连贯你觉得呢]  … The education paying little attention on such rules would lead to the great damage or even destroy it is a verb of the whole society. The education system in the Hitler's age in Germany, as an example,[ take …as an example /for example] focusing only on the needs and interests and ingnoring the great characters of human being, has finally led to the World War Two and left nothing but damage to the whole world. 这里的逻辑是不是跳了一步?教育系统可以led to the World War Two?或者是produce a war monger H… who then brought us a WW2?
The An /The kind of effective education will not only benefit the individuals and their family, friends, and their related, but also the civilization, the mordernization and the whole society.这里是否该把their family, friends, and their related放在跟civilization, the mordernization and the whole society一起因为你前面举离子的的时候是说不应该忽略fedelity to the fridends, the family的而且civilization, the mordernization好象跟society.不协调因为不是一类Among which, the education focusing on the learners' benefits and needs is 用critical one代替后面的就可以了the most straightforward one.
