第一，        现在的许多问题单靠一个国家是解决不了的，而是要靠大家一起来的力量才能真正达到目的。比如现在的许多的社会问题，不仅仅是在一个国家，而是全球所公有的问题，单单是一个国家解决问题，如果其他的国家没有得到很好的解决的话，这写问题必将再产生，例如毒品交易.
第二，        一个全球性共建的大学，在解决问题上毕竟有自己的优势，学生在学习的过程当中就可以建立起一种良好的合作的关系,另外还可以把各国的专家汇集在一起合作。
第三，        这样一个大学，肯定也会有一些问题。例如不同文化的人住在一起，我在看到交流的同时也要避免冲突，建立一个和谐的环境，另外不同的国家都是以自己的利益为先的。例如现在各国都在争取的联合国安理会的席位，不就是很好的暴露了各国的心态。

Along with the trend of globalization and internationalization, not only can it bring a great deal of benefits to the rapid progress of the society, but it also causes a lot of trouble. Here, the speaker suggests that a global university supported by nations all over the world can serve as an effective method to solve the world's most persistent social problem. As for me, I fundamentally agree with this the speaker’s suggestion, nevertheless. I would like to caution some disadvantages during operating such a university.

To begin, no one would deny seriously that there are many persistent social problems requiring collaboration between the countries.  Although country differs in their cultures, their interests, their languages, and countless others, when it comes to social problems, such as education, hunger, homelessness, pollution, war between nations, any country may have more or less these problems. Since these problems share by almost every county, were they eliminated completely in one country, it would be likely to be able to recur quickly, due to other places having the sources of these problems which can spread to near countries. The drug trade is an outstanding example here. Although most countries have its own law to ban the drug trade, some of them do not carry out strictly. Nowadays many such drug trades are international, thus, once they find a country's situation is getting tense, they would probably move their businesses to another country which has looser situation. We can draw useful lessons from this instance, only if the countries cooperate together, many social problems can be solved. Consider the Human Genome Project, which has been accomplished by the collaboration of more than ten countries. It success tells us that it is possible that through the international collaboration, what seems to be impossible mission can be put into practice smoothly and successfully. Just as the suggestion proposed by the speaker, a global university seems to make sense to achieve goals.

On the one hand, such a global university absolutely has its unique advantages to link nations together to solve those world's most persistent social problems. To be as a global university, it absolutely would enroll students from different counties of the world, during their academic years, they could better understand other nations' cultures, which itself can serve as the first step toward solving racial prejudices and biases. In addition, studying together could enhance the friendship and understanding then built harmony relationship between students which can help them to enhance their cooperation in the future, when they need to work hand in hand to deal with certain social problems. What is more, such a university can summon up experts all over the world to research and study how to solve certain problems, which absolutely can come to critical decision. This kind of convention has already been held in many universities in the world and as such make great accomplishment, especially in agriculture and education.

One other hand, we should note that such a global university may also have its own problems. As students differ in culture, religion, race and so much, How to maintain a harmony environment in such a complex university would become quite a problem. If we cannot deal with it properly, there would be another racial strife. Additionally, we should be cautious not to let politics to involve too much in university’s government. It is inevitable that nation would consider its own interests prior, so the method how to balance the interests between different nations would become a problem which we should pay attention to. The lesson of the united nation make us uncover the selfish destination concerning about many countries want to get the position of the permanent member of the united nation security council
In sum, sometime in the future, this kind of university may finally and actually be built, the final destination of this university is to open new paths to solve those most persistent social problems, when we congratulate its success, we cannot forget to caution its own potential problems.
