History uses its method to choose a better way from tradition and modernization to the improving of next thing, and history cannot be changed by an individual's choosing. The result only inflicts which one is more proper to this world.

Every person is a little range in the history. Tradition and modernization also are something occurring in the history. What ever modernization will become future's tradition, things still go on with its best process but not be influenced by someone's hurry opinion. Just like the four-dimensional space in the law of Einstein which points out the actions are going on with the shortest way of it even if we see the way is longer and wrinkle in the three-dimensional space. History is just like the time in the four-dimensional space, it induces people to do things more proper to the world, but we see some unhappy accidents occurring after choosing the right process. Just like wars in the world, disease on biology, and the changes in the unit, these accidents occur  because it need occur in that time. So no matter one chooses tradition or modernization, one only chooses an action in the river of history, it helps the world turns better.

There are many examples that modernization ideas, things, and activities come from traditions. So how can we ignore the honor of ancestors and forget the knowledge taught by last generation. Who can opposite that all the modernization science are coming from the original trying? Without the first antinomy in human mind that to believe old unscientific opinion or to attempt a new method to explain the strange phenomena, today's tradition and modernization are all the things not happening. Chemistry, a subject which experiences fill all of its history, can not have only improving without using traditional results and methods. A chemist needs to read thousands of papers before beginning a work. The laboratory equipments which support all the experiences are created by the advice of past scientists not by one's abrupt interest.

Besides, even if some kind of aspects such as conflict between two governments and the over all changing in a subject occurring in sometimes and need one make a decision to choose the right or stronger side, at last, the choose still demonstrates that it strictly relates to the work of the opposite one. Every different opinion is concerned by numerous times meetings because the opposite have to give out reasonable evidences to demonstrate their way is right, is reliable, and is worth to work hard for it. On the other hand, the situation of the opposite impels them to carefully study another opinion and to find the mistakes or disadvantages in it. Because even a little ignore can result a quarrel between workmates, or, the worst of all, begin a war between tradition and modernization.  

Therefore, whenever an achievement is done, no matter it operated by the tradition way or modernization way, it only obeys the regulation of history.
