No one can doubt the fact that education exerts far-reaching effect on both one's life and the development of society. Inevitably, in the complicated process of education, there are many problems we have to face, one of which is whether education only have business with a group of professional educators. As far as I am concerned, only both parents and communities as well as educators participate in the process and make effort together can a successful education be attained.

Adimittedly, we should not disparage the key role of the educational experts or teachers. People always praised teacher as the engineer of human's soul, which emphasis how vital the teacher function. With proffessional knowledge, teachers understand how to teach students effectively and scientifically. Besides the knowledge and skills, students are instructed to study how to learn, how to think, how to make one's mind and so on, which is benifit to students for life. In short, educators produce favourable effect on the growing way of students.

On the other hand, an old saying goes that, “education commences at the mother's knee, and every word spoken within the hearsay of children tends towards the formation of character”. It is widely accepted that parents are the first and the most important teachers of our life. Since borned,  a infant almost has no thoughts. The first person he contacts with are his parents, whose deeds always been regarded as his exemplare. In the future, he tends to do what has learned from his parents. Moreover, no people is more familiar with children than their parents. In detail, they well know their children 's need, characters, strong, shortcomings, thinking and ect. Thus, parents have predominace in teaching than others, including professional educators. Moreover, the children, especially the adolscents, tend to communicate with their parents when they encounter certain difficulties which they won’t talk to others. It is usually well solved as long as parents place enough emphasis on the problem; otherwise, the aftermath is serious. According to a survey, it shows that there is an increasing tendancy that the children who have a single-parent or hardly communicate with their parents are more likely to commit a crime compared with others. In a word, parents play an extremely important role in the growth of a child.

Nevertheless, with parents and community involved in the local school education will also bring many problems. For one thing, it is natural for parents to consider for their own children, which may lead to choas during the education. As a result, an unpleasant impact will produced on education. For another, as most of parents lack professional knowledge on teaching skills and don’t understand the importance and function of the professional teaching methods，perhaps they are not able to educate their children effectively, even hamper the implement of the normal education. Thus, we also should pay attention to the negative effect parents brings and do our endeavor to hold back the blight.

To sum up, in order to make sure that children are well prefared for their own and the development of society, we should combine the instruction of professional experts with the participate of family. Meanewhile, educational experts should instruct parents in the ways of  cultivating their children.
