With the fast development of the society in technology[直接写technology行不?去掉社会], video camera, as many other kinds of once[这个词放在这里什么意思呢?] new inventions, has now became[应该是become吧?] familiar to ordinary people and been put into pervasively use. In the fields of documentation, video camera might be as important, if not more, as written records, taking the advantages of video camera into consideration.
In the first place, the video camera can record things much more objective than written records, which leads to a more accurate ones[a ones?]. When the written records is taken, the document is to some extent affected by the attribute of the recorder and, for this reason, lack the objective factor, which is among the most important ones[that] documents should process and then when being studied, it is likely for the readers to reconstructive[换成动词] the distorted conditions of that time, undermining the accuracy of the study[这句话好长啊~!改成两句是不是好点?]. For example, supposing a recorder, who comes from south and have not ever seen a piece of snow through his/her life time before, happen to see a heavy fall of snow when he/she is in a northern country. It is not surprising for the recorder to commend this fall of snow with a description full of his/her excitement, using the words such as wonderful, splendid and the like. However, if the same heavy fall of snow is met by another recorder who experiences the winter with heavy falls of snow from the childhood may feel nothing more than a most common natural phenomenal[该用名词]. In this case, the document written by these two recorders might be completely different, though for the same fall of snow. While[这个词可以这样用吗?], if the record is taken by the video camera, things will be different. The procedure of the snow is taken objectively not matter by the surprised recorder or the one not, and the judge about the facts is left by every one watch such video instead of the recorder. This example is[去掉] well illustrated[illustrates] the advantage of video camera to presented the objective documentations to[换成for是不是好点?] the researchers than the written ones, avoiding undermining the accurate of description of the fact.
Another advantage of video camera, compared to[with,我以前也犯过这个毛病] the written records, is that the documents taken by the former are more convincing. As for the merit of the video camera in documentation in object and accuracy, the record taken by the video camera is as a result more convincing to the readers. What's more, some factual events, which are recorded in words, are actually an astonishing one[这句话的意思没有看懂~!]. In fact it is sometimes too uncommon for the readers to believe what the recorder wrote is the truth even if the recorder do[did] describe the event objectively. A case in point is about the beauty of the Tibet in China. There are already numerous documents about the natural landscape of the Tibet, such as the sky is so blue just like jewelries. However, this description, though it is true , is hard for the people living in the cities, where the sky is some what[应该连起来写吧?] grey other than blue letting along blue like jewelries, to imagine such[a] picture. Not until the video taken from the Tibet as document is presented to those city animals, can those people completely believe that there is a place in the world where is as beautiful as a picture and the sky can be so blue that even the real jewelries can not compare with. Just as a[an] old saying "to see is to believe" that is way the video is more convincing than written records[这句话感觉有点问题].
Admittedly, written records has its own merits which can not be supplanted by the video camera at present time such as no energy is needed during recording and the record can be done at whatever conditions in a low price. For instance, if a man happens to see a procedure of a murder,[;] however, there is no time for him to find a video camera first and what he sees can only be recorded in a written form by the policeman. It is impossible for everyone takes[to take] a video camera with him/her, and it is still impossible for the professional recorders, such as reporters and scientists, to take video camera all the time, while the historical events can happen at any time.
To sum up, on one hand video camera has been an important part of documentation for it is more convincing and accurate, on the other hand, written records, which has its own conveniences, can not be completely supplanted by video ones.
