This argument recommends that an innovative treatment can significantly decrease the absenteeism in schools and workplaces by preventing the high rate of getting cold.The arguer  hold the idea that the new treatment called Ichthaid which is deprived from fish oil can   effectively  lower the amount of people that are vulnerable to cold,and thus the absenteeism would become significantly reduced owning to that the main reason of high absenteeism -according to the opinion of the arguer-is the possibility of getting cold.


First of all,the arguer mentioned that the residents living nearby East Meria who are supposed to consume substantial amount of fish are less likely to have chances to get cold .To support this assumption ,reports from a study about the consumption and the rate of getting cold are quoted by the arguer.However, the high fish consumption is not enough to prop this assupmtion that the low rate of getting cold in the district.Because the reason why the residents there seem to have less chances to get cold may be contribte by  other habits of their living styles, or it is a universal effect attributed by many different ingrediants in their life.Chances are that ,the people living in the East Meria may have more reasonable or healthy habits in their daily life. As a result, the study in this district is less convincing to prove the necessary relationship between high fish consumption and low rate of cold.


Although the substantial consumption of fish can help people to prevent cold effectively,it is also unreasonable to assert that the innovation treatment Ichthaid can reduce the possibility of getting cold. The nutritional  supplement of Ichthaid that is deprived from fish oil may be not the right composite of the fish to exert the effectiveness of cold immunce.There is no evident providence to bloist the assumption that the function of Ichthaid to prevent colds is related to the effectiveness of fish eating to get away from colds.To make the assumption more convincing ,more statistic about the useful composite of  cold preventing  and researches toward the effectiveness of Ichthaid of resisting cold should be provided to support it.



Even if Ichthaid is proved to have evident effect to help people get away from colds ,it would not be safely draw the conclusion that the Ichthaid can significantly reduce absenteeism in schools and workplaces.The arguer hold the view that the main reason of absence is most frequently owning to colds and to prevent colds is equal to reduce absenteeism.However, the arguer is failed to consider the variable ingreidents that attributed to absences.It is too partial and unreasonable to conclude that colds are the main reason of high absenteeism.Because absences are imprompt by many different reasons concerning  variable situations and people.


To sum up, the argument is failed to provide convincing assumptions and profes to support the recommendation that daily use of ichthaid is a good way to prevent colds and lower absenteeism.It is unconvincing to support this argument without the clear relationship between the fish consumption and cold reduce.Morover, the idea that colds are the main reason of absence is abruptly lined out.

Scientific researches contribut most to the further and faster development of science and technology and propel more meaningful progress in science.To conduct these useful research ,a great sum of money is needed to be invested in, thus the fruits of these researches and their impact in the certain fields they invovled  should be given more concerns in order to invest money carefully.


First of all,most scientific  researches are helpful to stimulate the deeper and better development of the certain scientific fields.It has immense value to invest much money as possible to satisfy the need of the proceeding researches to maxim the effectiveness of  these researches .These money invested would finally benefit human-beings profoundly and their friuts  nssarily contirbute most to the well-being of society.To carefully compare the investment of money and the effectiveness of these researches ,it is obvious that money investment to effective and beneficial researches is worthwhile and necessary.In history ,many wealthy people would invest their forturne in different scientific researches which is meaningful and important in their hearts to utilize the prosperity of their enterprises.Advisable scentific researches deserve great money investments.


However,not all the researches are beneficial  to the development of science and some of them are meaningless even harmful to the further achievements of  their scentific fields.The purposes and results of researches are the most important things that are concerned  by all the people and it is their fruits that can decide the acheivements of the science. Suppose that a research has  not any benefits for human beings ,it is obvious that such research is just money and energy consuming ,so as those unpractical ones.Therefore ,the results of researches are more likely to affect meaningful and benefitical studies and people should invest their money melticulously to achieve the most satisfying scientific attainment.Just as those who are intended to find a perfect life style or some medicines to keep their life longlasting  are finally disappointed with the results and heartbreaking with their money and energy that invested in this unrealistic and nonscience researches.Only to  invest money in those promising and meaningful researches can people make full use of their money for that they could  avhieve the most benefits brought by these reseaches.


Considering the great meaning that the results of reseaches grant to the whole processes ,the purposes of researches should be carfully conserned and studied to prevent unnecessarily money consuming before the  researches and investments.To invest money and energy selectively would also the development of  more effective researches and  fruitful results.The carefulness and selectiveness  of money investing is important and even decisive for the healthy development of science and technology.By evaluating the meaning and effectiveness of the researches can finally lead to the healthy and benrficial  investment of money and would helpful toprevent all-consuming but meaningless reseaches.


To sum up, it is unresonable to invest money to any reseaches regardless the meaning and purposes of them and  such investment should be too blind to achieve the increased value of money. Deeper studies of the purposes and results of the researches should be careully done before any investments to guarantee the      qualified and impactful  development of science and technologies of the whole society.

As one of the most important culture part and diustributing center,major city plays an key
role in representing the convention and tradition of a country.In this issue ,the author
suggested that the goverment should exert their most to satisfy the financial demand to propel
their cuktrues to thrive because that these major cities are the principle places to generate the
cultrues of this country.However,I hold the point of view that more money and suppoert should be
invested in rural areas where are the main cradles of traditional cuktrues and conventions of a country.



Admittedly, major cities are the most developed places of a country,no matter in economy or in cultrue and  would be more likely to be the best representitives of a country.Owning to the highly developed economy and the rapid speed of information exchanging,major cities would have relatively more influnce to preserve their cultrues.In New York ,the wonderful and magnificant State of Liberity constitute one of the most important part of American cultrue field to display the greatness of American cultrues and the history of this country.It lend a pair of bright eyes to every people visit there to get known of the American cultrue traditions.Major cities really contribute most to the further development
and preservation of the cultrue of a country by virtue of their financial other merits.



However, as major cities are more easily become to the distributing centres of different cultrues and ideas,these places are more prone to be evolved as international places and may spare less space for the growth and prosperity of one certain country.The spotlight in these big cities may be less likely to focus on special traditions but to become universally composed in different cultrues and conventions.Being consist by various people from varied culture backgrounds and customs.Single Such phnomenona are more evident in  the U.S. as this country contain many cultures from all over the world,people here are hardly to be classified as persons of a certain  culture, their believes and customs tend to be multifarious and may be evolved from numerous cultures and customs.Although the fertile culture solid in major cities may have more benefits to impropt the development of traditional cutrues, it would be less room for  certain cultrues to become prosperity under the international circumstance in big cities where communications and culture exchangings are rapid and commen.

On the contrary,rural palces may endow more free scope to the deeper and further development of cultures and traditions by virtue of the certain culture environment of this districts. According to the relatively less information exchanging,people live in the rural areas are more likely to share the same
customs and traditions even their attidudes toward different things would be alike. Thus,their offersprings would herit the traditions of their forefathers to preserve their own distinvtive cultures and traditions.In the rural area in many countries peopl still lead their life as their ancestor,their customs and
traditions are similar in each generations.Therefore, it would be beneficial and worthwhile to endow more fiancial power to the rural areas in order to infuse more vitality to the certain cultures and make them well preserved.Owning to the unique effectiveness in culture preserving, government should ensure the finacial demands in rural area to propel their own culture to be well developed and generated


To sum up, in rural area ,cultures and traditions are more easily to be persevered and generated by comparing with big cities according to the trends of internationalization in major cities.It would be more advisable to invest more money and energy in rural areas to prompt the further prosperity of certain cultures.
