In the comtemporary(contemporary) society, education is becoming a fundamental and significant role to almost every realms. For the sake of more economical (economical) interests and benefits for the social development, we have to enhance (enhence) the efficency (efficiency) of the education. Is it the best way for the education that it should meet everyone's desire and interests? Some people may appriciate (appreciate) this point  but never including me, in my point, this way may lead some positive results but also some negative ones.

First of all, I have to admit that people who are working for what they interested in would have done their best. It is not doubt that if one be forced to work in a realm he/she not interested in, the last thing he/she will do is to pay his/her heart and soul on it, of course lead an efficienless (nonefficient) results. As some theories of the phsycological, people would never work efficiently without a interest and their own needs, we only work for fun or some needs for ourslef-------so called human-nature. Considering if a teacher force a student who only have interst in music to figure out some math problems, a predictable results is that  the student will feel nothing but boring and exhausting, never happiness------the most factor for efficiency. So we could find that without interest and individual needs it never occurs an effiecient work.

However, it does not mean that fit one's own needs and interests is the most important thing for education.（over exaggerate） This point can be discussed for two aspects. First, people who are under education do not really know what needs they really desire for. The people's desires may only occure in their minds in haphazerd (haphazard)situation and these desires, in fact, mean noting to their future and studying lives, such as reading some opacy (opaque)literatures, playing some special games, all these may have some benefits, but not important and desicive (decisive) to their careers also their study. The time spend on this kind of "needs" which is useless and wasted and could be spend to improve their study systems or something that could make their studing life more effective.

Secondly, although the people who work in interesting (with interest) could do ones' best, the work they interested in is whether or not needed for the society and a profitable one? May be no one concern with this problem carefully except the econimists, but this is, may be most , significant to one's life------feeding yourself, which is the most fundimental factor for people. It is obvers that people could do nothing without theer meals a day, also never could be "efficiency". The final and basic result for education is to make the students to get a job, if the students who graduate from school may get their jobs quickly, an effective education occured, if not, the education should be listed as a failture. So a sign for education effectiveness is to make the students have their own career so they could have a chance to benefit to the society and the realms they work in.
All in all, with all the factors mentioned above, we could easily reach the point that the education sould not just emphasize on to meet individual needs and interests but alos should pay attention to guide students to study and to make a career.  But the balance of these two aspects should be careful carried because an efficient education is depend on it.
