One hundred successful people, one hundred successful stories.[是不是加个have凑成一句完整的话好些?] Every person reaches his success in his own way, distinguishing himself with his individuality. It is easy to recognize a person's achievement by the special way of doing, and it is also easy for people to ascribe his success to the benefits of individuality. I concede that this judgment might work well in most kinds of success, but when concerning about personal economic success, I would agree with the speaker that it requires conformity. [开头很清楚,正反两方面]
Individuality indeed plays an important role in one's success. Two embodiments of the individuality are creativity and personality. Any great success is, in most case, an innovation which is different from the former and goes beyond the former. In art, a success means a new method of expression; in science, that is a new idea or an adventurous hypothesis, and in business that is a new way of making money. We could hardly induct some rules or principles from those successful stories according to which we could easily get a similar success.[有道理] So, perusing[persuing] success sometimes likes gambling whose future is in all kinds of possibility, for no one could conjecture it by comparing it to previous examples. As the same way, in the success of social activities, success mostly depends on the leader's personality. Consider, for example, a victory accompanied by a hero and a movement by a spirit leader, whose personality is the key to the success.
Although we could easily find out the benefits of individuality among the factors lead to a success, we could not deny the necessarily[noun] of conformity, especially in personal economic success. The economic success, simply saying making money, might be different from other kinds of success, because the money comes from other people, not created by oneself.[说明economics与其它的区别,有新意] No matter you make money by selling product or service; it all requires you to know the demand of your customers--what the customers need, what they like, and how to make their lives more convenient and comfortable. The more welcome of[of去掉] your product, the bigger success you will achieve. Thereby, to some extent, the economic success of your business is not win[past participle] by yourself, but given by the customer, and the conformity of the social members is the basement[应该是base吧?] of economic success. When the Americans wanting[...] to sell their Coca Cola in China, they use Monkey King as an advertisement actor, but not Mickey Mouse, for the Chinese famous figure is more familiar thus more acceptable to the Chinese. If the foreign company forces their product with strong culture difference into the customers' minds rather than conformity with the public, it may receive a great failure. [我觉得这段挺好的,说理清楚,孙悟空的例子也恰当]
Moreover, the conformity is important not only in satisfying the public demand, but also in surviving in the market. There are lots of people doing the same business, and all the peers must conform to some principles of competition which are the guarantee of equity. For example, one could not sell its product in a price lower than its cost to dominate the market. Also, the keeping conformity with your peers is kind of cooperation especially when the product is made of many components, such as cars or computers. Sometimes, cooperation with other components provider could bring more profits than making all components the by one company. The success of IBM pc is because of its high compatible[noun] both in hardware and software, while Apple computer encountered its hard time by insisting producing the entire computer by itself. [是不是再说明白一点,比如Apple没有cooperation之类]
In sum, the benefits of individuality is obviously in most kind of success, while conformity is also necessarily required, especially in personal economic success, for keeping the conformity both with the customer and with the peers is the basic element of economic success.
In sum, 结构条理都不错,尤其是conformity分customer和peer两段写很清晰,而且可贵的是能写这么长!不过语法拼写错误有些多了啊
