Should we obey laws that is justifiable to us, while disobey even resist unjust laws . The speaker claim so. I agree that the standard of determining whether a law is just or unjust vary from person to person, which is also true for the operation and competition of business, and both undue resistance mind and activities bring hazards to the stability of society and the well being of other individuals.

First of all, there are no certain to identify whether a law is just,since it might represent distinct social groups' profits thereby seemingly unjust for other groups whose profits is not protected or even jepordized for certain concerns. Because as other subjective things constructed by human's will, law s reflect the wishes of certain social group members, who might the rulers of their society, which unavoidly means that laws might be made to protect some ruler group's profits,while expense benefits of people who hold little power and  of unsignificant position.For example, in ancient china, ordinary people have to pay some of their output of crops to support the luxury life of rulers,the governors and empire, in this.which is obviously unfair for presants but profitable for law makers.In short , whether a law is just or unjust depents to some extent on which groups' profits the law services, which means it can never be just and satisfatory for all people.

When it comes to controversial debate over the law's justice level in the realms of social problems, the only scale is whether this law would take care of the wellfare of majority of the society and contributing to the following generation's situation. Admittedly, laws are unextricably prone to some ones' benefits for their nature of subjective output. however, to be effective in the improvement of social condition and human civilization, lawer makers should concerns for majority and the future influence when making and putting into practice a law. For instance, nowadays, with the development of technology and industry evolution, more and more environmental problems , such as the pollution of air , river, and deforestation, began to emerge and undermine our living lever. Then ,laws aiming to protect natural resources as well as environmental wellbeing should be supported and worked , even at the expense of the profits of some factories and industrial companies.

Notwithstanding while some law bring good efforts to one side, it might also spend the other group's instant profits, which seems unfair for the later one.However , people should not be bolstered to resist laws which fail to provide them personal benefits because the healthy operation of any decromatic society relys on some limitations and orders to manage its affairs. If people who is unsatisfied with a law and take actition to disobey them for personal sake, and if those behaviors are supported , then the society will surely experience a disater and fell into disorder conditions and chaos, which untimately bring bad effort to any one living in it .

In the final analysis, I concede that laws might play different roles when they were made from certain concern of governments, thereby ;might resulting in people's dissatisfaction with them especially for the side whose wellfare are sacrificed instantly.However , to ensure the general wellbeing and the stable operation of the society, social members should be provided more reasonable means to improve the well effort of law rather than supported to resist them which is harmful for the entire society.
