The speaker contends that laws should be distinguished to two types, just and unjust, and people should obey the just ones and disobey the unjust ones. I agree with the assertion, partly, that public has the responsibility to obey and maintain the so-called "just" laws, also to adjust the "unjust" laws in other positive ways, not the negative ones such as disobeyal(才疏学浅,不认识这个词,词典里也查不到)or resistance.
Law, like a frame, plays a vital role in human daily life, without which the world will fall into chaos (这个which代的是daily life, 还是law,这句提到前面去吧:Law, like a frame and without which…). Law, body of official rules and regulations, generally found [in](在什么基础上建立,found on) constitutions, legislations, judicial opinions, and the like, that is used to govern a society and to control the behavior of its members.(定语从句要加强啊,关系代词不要离先行词太远,否则容易代错滴!!!) As we all know, the code of Hammurabi, the first law in human civilization thousands years ago, fixed the fundamental rules in most respects of daily life, including the matrimony, punishment, and so forth. From this example, we can conclude that the ancient had valued the importance of code in the developing process. In the other way we can assert that the importance of law has been demonstrated. (例子举的不错,但语言还要好好组织)
All the society members have the responsibility to obey the laws and meanwhile supervise others not to break the laws(这是TS么?). In modern societies, some authorized body such as a legislature or a court(据我所知,美国人的court是不制定法律的哦,legislative branch passes laws; judicial branch--supreme and other courts--interpret laws) makes the law. It is backed by the coercive power of the state, which enforces the law by means of appropriate penalties or remedies. The one who breaks the law has to face the corresponding punishment. Formal legal rules and actions guides for behavior such as morality, public opinion, and custom or tradition. Of course, lawmakers may respond to public opinions or other pressures and a formal law may prohibit what is morally unacceptable. (这段写的有点乱)
On the other hand, sometimes even the laws have flaws which seem not suitable for the society's practical situation, public should reflect (chingish) to the lawmakers for amending them, not negatively resisting or disobeying. We should maintain the peace, so we cannot resist laws in [violate] (是violent吧?) methods. Nothing is perfect. Actually, there are false (flaws) in every law more or less. Do we have to name every law unjust then disobey or resist it? If so, it must be a conspiracy by which some designing people find the excuse to escape from punishment. (这段反问不错,赞一下) The wise way is reflecting the falses(false可以作名词用么?前面加the变一类名词要用复数么?the rich, the old) in laws to the lawmakers who can amend them later.
In sum, law, against crimes, helps to maintain a peaceful, orderly, relatively stable society. Though it maybe [has](have) flaws, public should not choose a wrong way to force the law amending which can set (the) them on the criminal road, because the existing of law is not for being broke (broken), but [keep] (for keeping 前后一致)the people and the society orderly.
这篇文章,总的来说,条理不是很清楚,作者想要表达的内容很丰富,只是可能写的太仓促,没有组织好结构。
