       4 只有在一致性和个性相互作用的情况下才能保证个人最大的经济利益和推动社会的发展

Individuality or conformity, which is a more important ingredient in one's economic success? The author holds the latter one, contrast to his ideas I would suppose that both of them play a significant role in this case. Moreover, only by their efficient interaction can benefit the personality.

To begin with, new ideology as well as production and the like derives from personality, which can allure a great deal customers and consequently increase one's wealth. It is common that each customer seek for strange and unique stimulation satisfying their own demands. Only if the things which are very different from the traditional ones can capture their attention. Consider, for instance, a taproom named "Devil” debut in Tokyo, which upholsters as the inferno and perform kinds of fantastic performances, making each customer is personally on the scene of hell, all of those abstract substantial amounts of people and thus employer make a fortune. Similarity, Warren Buffett's Focus Investment Strategy which ignores by other investors for a half era make(我想换个词，一直想不到合适的，劳驾。。。) him be the second richest man. One may argue that these individuals become a successful and rich man merely because their vagary is coherent with the market demands, and yet, I would suppose that only vagary but traditional thoughts and products cannot afford their success，（这应该加个什么连词，但想不出来）the most important factor is their individualities which are very different from their craft brothers.

Admittedly, every game has its own role and nothing can violate it, including one’s personal character, will fail, if done. We human live in the society which has its own formulations, state has laws to constrain people's behavior, company has rules to restrict his employees and school has regulation to proscribe the students and therefore any extremely individuality will lost all of its forces in the end. We must comply with them.

On the other hand, conformity is the basis of the society's harmonious development and it also can favor person's profits together. Whatever the boss open the bar or Warren Buffett have done for seeking success in the process, neither of their actions stroll on the opposite way with the society's conformity. We have to find the customers' interests like other businessmen and also cooperate with them, sometimes we even need compromise with the term and correspondingly comply with the society.

Finally, the conditions of success must under the interaction of individuality and conformity and therefore can maximize one's economic benefits and prompt the development of the society. If one methodically examines each successful things, his observation will represent that all of them have the individually with the same crafts and conformity with the society.

In sum, nothing can exist for a long time, let alone of development, if it did not conform to the society’s requirement, but also nothing would occupy the marketplace without individuality which attracts the customers.
