In an era of fast development of business competition, money is by all means the most important aim of companies. I strongly agree with the speaker on the foundation that corporate executives should keep fixing on making a maximization of companies profit. Yet besides money, there are still other responsibilities within the bound of law, such as creating culture, setting strategy and vision and so forth.

If one company wants to live on in this time full of intense economic competition, making money actually is an important responsibility of corporate executives. And encouraging all the companies to pursue a higher profits and a much large market share may contributes the development of the whole society. Before market economic becoming the major worldwide, world market was never as propriety as today. Most people had no enthusiastic in their jobs, for the majority of value they create must hand up to boss or government. On the contrary, today people always prefer to work hard in order to create a larger amount of value, because they can gain benefice from their contribution on companies. This is not only prompt employees' activity but also enhances companies' capability of surviving. Meanwhile, the exist of companies which make a mount of money objectively provides jobs for people and increases the tax for society, thus assure the happiness and satisfaction of people.

However, it is not a wise choice to ignore other indispensable responsibilities which can also make a crucial function on process of companies. Firstly, entrepreneurs should pay attention on creating culture for their employees, because they can obtain a larger success in a positive, creative and team work-like culture. Secondly, whenever, setting strategy and vision is still an unconventional obligation for entrepreneurs, in this time of business competition, an intellectual decision perhaps cannot leads to eventual success, but unfortunately a false decision must result to fail. These duties are so necessary that corporate executives should not just focus on making money.

In addition, when the company profit conflicts with society responsibility, the latter society responsibility should be superiority other than profits in order to maintain the most people's profit. We already notice society problems resulted from unreasonable conduction. For instance, when in our living environments there are more and more polluted river, toxic gas, pale sky, company should have its obligation and responsibility. As a basic unit involved in the society, company also have obligation to correctly introduce the direction of progress of humanity.  Thus, corporate executives should exert their responsibilities to conduct a better society.

In sum, any companies should not only pursuing higher profits but also emphasize other responsibilities for their proceedings of society. Only in this way it is the maximized profits among individual, company and entirely society.
