The speaker asserts that it is our responsibility to obey only the just laws and to disobey ,even to resist the so-called unjust laws.However,I do not agree with this opinion on the ground that it is not convincing to divide the laws into just part and unjust part.
  First,as for the assortment,it is not feasible to mark laws with the lable of just and unjust since in most cases there is no an universal standard to make such absolute category.Everyone has his own perspective of the law depending on the personal value system.In the point of some person's interest, a particular law may be favorable to the benificiaries,while the benifit of other group may be sacrified.Take the kyoto protocol for example,some countries ,especially those who suffer the harm of the greenhouse effect for a long period,call for measures taken to limit the extent of carbon dioxide(co2) let and great efforts made to reverse and protect the polluted circumstance, while other countries would not like to do so because their finacial  benifit is damaged by the limit of let of co2.
Second,the legislation of laws must be a progress with relative fairness. When the law is constituted,the legislators have considered the interests of all estates of the society,such as the rich and the poor,the common and the noble,and the like.To some extent,law is a product of mutual compromise made by various forces,that can maximize the interests of the whole society in the condition of finite resources.Consider the income tax paid by the high-income individual improves the harmony of the whole society,despite not winning the favor of the taxpayer.
  Admittedly, in retrospect, law---which people take leave to doubt--- develops as society evolves companied by changes to be complete and perfect, law itself has blemishes all the time. It is the responsibility of evry citizen to put the opposing opinion forward in the view of the overall situation to make the law-which protect the benifit of everyone in the society to some extend-more perfect.In order to see this point clearly,let us see an example.Without doubt,the law of china proves not to be satisfying since it doesn't take the human right into account adequently.however,new changes are made and added into the old ones in the people's congress every four years.Therefor,we can say that such law will be vigorous.  
  In sum, from what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that laws cannot so easily be classified to just laws and unjust laws.With the development of laws, people have responsibilities to raise an objection or file an opposition.On the whole, people should observe the legal rules while they are protected by laws.
