In the era of rapid spiritual, social and technological change leading to raise the question that whether the laws is just or not, if the laws can classify into just laws and unjust laws in the world, what should we do about the new view on legal issue? What is the accurate definition of two types of laws? Is it our responsibility to obey just laws and disobey and resist unjust laws?

In my mind of laws which is built up under the power of government as a kind of tools to rule the citizens of the country, law is impossible to divide into two types: just and unjust for the sake that no one is authoritative enough to give a precise and accurate definition commonly and popularly accepted by the people in the worldwide area on the issue that what kind of laws is just.  For example, in china, after the People's Republic of China was set up, millions of granger who own only a little acre of land for the sake that China has a large population of 1.3 billion still have been impressed heavy tax, although their income are even not enough to bear their living. But actually at that time, those who were still living in a poor condition, unbelievable, guaranteed to contribute to their country’s construction even though they are clearly aware of that the tax is a large part of their income. In their minds, the state, the country, and the people are more important than individual or family. It is commonly and universally accepted that the law about the heavy agriculture tax on granger are just and reasonable while now perhaps in the contrast everyone claim that the government should pay more attention about the life of Chinese grangers and improve their living standard level. Meanwhile, at that time no one stood out to give a justification whether the law is just or not. In sum, it is hard for individual or government to justify a law whether it is just and equal to all the citizens. Usually, the comment that we make on the law is on the special situations and conditions in terms of our limited moral and social awareness or knowledge. However, it is inevitable that the justification on any law contains the subjective attitude of the one who make the comment.

While the laws may not be absolutely just and definitely fair when it comes to some special conditions, yet as far as i concerned, majority of laws of all the country in the world play a key role in protecting most citizens health and procession, but impossible it is for laws to caster to all the citizens, thus it is unreasonable for individual in the modern society to take up an excuse that to obey just laws and to resist unjust laws is my social responsibility when they break the laws. In my mind, in modern times, the laws are playing a vital and key role in keeping the society as a whole functioning regularly and orderly. Thus, law is so necessary for our usual life that if every individual in a society, once they think laws are do harm to their interest and profits, immediately take action to resist and violate the “unjust” laws, what will our society be? A disordered, ugly, poor, and troublous society, and that will be a really unfair society at that time! when you go out shopping with your innocent son and your beautiful wife, when you enjoy yourself on your science research, don’t you find the what you own and what you are enjoying are due to the law which build up an orderly and stable society. A better way is that we should amend or ameliorate the laws by peaceful means rather than violated ways. The way to disobey and resist “unjust” laws is short-sighted and it will surely fail to bring a promotion into the law system.

Consequently, the justification on the law system is remarkably difficult to be proceeded under a fair and equal condition and any violent action to resist and disobey the "unjust" laws means undermining the society and science development.

                         Just laws and unjust laws
Once a society decide to be ruled by the law,then each individual in that society has responsibility to obey those laws which enacted by the society.Citizens should obey the fair laws,while unjust laws should be resisted through whatever ways are necessary,including disobeying those laws until they are repealed.   

Firstly,for any society that wants to become civilized,enacting laws is necessary that at least give its citizens a expected standard on the behavior.Without laws,anarchy would corrode the base of the society and at last terminate the ordered,civilized society.Laws are usually enacted based on the general values,beliefs and morals of populace.Without these laws,individuals will be tempted to seek unfair interest to fill their selfish desires.All these will end up with endings that no one ever expected.

Secondly,those fair laws that have been enacted must be obeyed exactly in order to prove a society forward.This is because that most laws are the codification of the society's values,beliefs and morals,they are generally based on the notion of justice and fair play.The spirits of laws are fair,equal,without these two things,laws will lose the power to restrict people.If this happens,no one will dutifully obey the laws,instead,they will try every means they can to tread laws to get extra benifits.Just laws should be enacted firmly and be obeyed to the fullest extent possible.

Furthermore,to fight against the unjust laws with whatever means should be treated with equal importance.The very foundation of a legal system should be based on the widest ranging of justice,not just the chosen few's justice.Unfair or unreasonable laws can cause a society to lose respect for all of the laws,with the ignorance of whether they are just or unjust. Perhaps the leaders were unaware of the unjustness of the law when it was written while they think whether the laws are fair or not fair is not of their business.But one unjust law will destroy the balance of the whole legal system,therefore,it is everyone's obligation to fight against these inadequacies.

In summary, alegal system should serve the society as a standard of the behavior that is expected of its citizens.If the leaders of the society enact any laws that are unfair,it is the duty of all citizens to ensure that it is repealed.

Although to some extent there might be tow types of laws: just and unjust according to the statement, it is reasonable to claim that we have  responsibilities to obey " just " law, while in my opinion it is irresponsible to ask everyone to disobey and resist the so-called "unjust " laws, of which the judgement standard that depends on the different personal value system is vague.

First of all, whether the law is just or not depends on the different mind and value system of the individuals, especially on some controversial issues, such as  abortion, death penalty , human gene engineering and so on. After all, the individuals with particular religious beliefs tend to view laws that give women the right of abortion as unjust, and the individuals with strong faiths of human life and human rights will totally against the  law allowing death penalty.

However, as we all know , the individual opinions on these hot issues still diverse nowadays. Accordingly, different people definitely have different categories of just and unjust laws. Worse still, that would be a huge disaster for the society if people disobey and resisted the " unjust " laws that they judged themselves , just following what the statement claims.

On the other hand, as far as I am concerned , it is by no means responsible to provoke the citizens to disobey and resist  "unjust" laws. Significantly, it is definitely wrong to act against the society by disobeying an d resisting current laws, which results in the collapse of the society. Moreover, in the contract society , obeying the rules is quite essential for the development of our world, not only the laws and regulations, but also the business contracts.

As to the problems of the social or law reform, especially on some controversial issues , including what we mentioned above, it is absolutely common that people have different minds and values , since we live in the democratic society , which is what we are proud of . Nevertheless, the key point is that we should choose the proper way to express our unsatisfied feeling s, our criticism, and our suggestions appropriately, without violence and confusion in the society, even war.

Furthermore, we ought to use the legal method, such as lobbying, etc. to act under today's legislation institution , ought to endeavor to push the bills to change the laws, if we are pretty clear that the laws undermine the welfare of our society or block the development of our world, based on the well-being of our society.

To sum up, according to the different minds and values of different people , it is a mission impossible to figure out whether the laws are just or unjust without the judgement standard. Even people make it, which would be an enormous mess in our society for people to disobey and resist the "unjust " law by their own judgement and values .So, significantly, what I want to emphasize is that to express our feelings , criticism and suggestions under the current institution to make a more glorious and splendid future, rather than to disobey and resist.
