I fundamentally agree the statement that the artist gives the great lasting value  for our society  , rather than the critic. Since the originality and diversity which are reflected by our artists in our world, the artist gives human beings the spirits, faith and strength to pursue our significant goals, although the critic might  sometimes play a role on it to some extent.

To begin with, undoubtedly, the great power of the art in our history never could be denied. Firstly, the originality of the art ,such as literatures, music ,paintings , and so on., spells the remarkable sparks of the human minds ,which respectively pushes kinds of progress of our society, not only in our daily life and our culture development ,but also the economic growth and the governance of the country, while the influence of the critic is only sorts of modification ,rather than the innovations. Secondly, the prosperity of arts in our society brings about the diversity of  people's thinking and theory, which comes with the essential development of our culture for human beings.  And it is pretty clear that the critics definitely could not complete the mission themselves by their own.
Significantly, the remarkable value of great artists for our society have been highlighted , which have been craved forever in our history. Mozart, the great classical musician in the history, had a really tough time under the heavy criticism  even till his death, although he was acknowledged as a talented musician in his childhood which might brought about great pressures on his later life. Nevertheless, his great works built a brand new palace for the classical music in Vienna, which significantly  influenced the people behind him, not only the musicians the composers , but also many great people in the different fields.

Moreover, in other  fields of art , we still could see the fantastic sunshine of artists ,which light up our minds , spirits and faiths. For on thing, Van Gogh, the great Holland abstract painter, who never really sold a single piece of his works before he died,  had developed the abstract painting in the history, which gives us a  great lasting  value. For another, Martin, the best director of 2007 Academy Award, never get the Oscar before for the criticism from outsider world. However, he stick to his opinions, his mind and his faiths ignoring the nonsensical critics, and brings us the great works reflecting the  really meaning of people's life, character and beliefs.  

However, as what our education focus on the analytical thinking  and rational deducing , we could not ignored the possible efforts from the questions raised by the critic in our society for our life. After all, it is true that we should be more serene and rational for our developments, especially need more perspectives to scrutinize our progresses.

To sum up, although our society might not prosper only by the arts, it is quite critical for us to stick to our minds , faiths and beliefs, on which the arts is a significant power. According to our experience, we have to appeal to just give more room for the all kinds of arts, protect  the diversity of opinions and cultures, and embrace the more glorious and splendid future for our society .

建议加深对artists and critics 的关系复杂性的了解

I really appreciate your help. And "never could"  is ok, : ) , for never is a adv. which could be put  behind and before the v.

yeah, you said that. I focus on the arts , while I might ignore  the reasoning and deduction of the critics.
and as to the last paragraph, I mean according to the lasting value  of arts for society ,which is tosome extent more than critics,  we should give more room for arts.


I have to point that the  limiting time really is a big obstacle for me......|||||...
