67．If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

Ideally, as an employer, I would like to hire those who are experienced at a low salary. If I had to choose between the inexperienced one who asks for lower salary and the experienced one with high salary, the latter one would be preferred. The reasons are as follows.

To begin with, the experienced worker can contribute more to make a profit, thus he/she deserves a higher salary. Simply put, an experienced worker in an assembly line can produce 100 parts per day while an inexperienced one can produce only 50. In this sense, an experience employee does twice the work as an inexperienced one. Then if only the salary that the experienced worker gets is no more than twice then the inexperienced one, even at a higher salary, the experienced worker is a wiser choice.

On the contrary, the inexperienced worker not only is less efficient than the experienced one, but also has a larger chance to have accidents or even break the machine. Imagine that an inexperienced worker fix an equipment, it is totally possible that he/she breaks the equipment, let alone fix it well. And the loss of an inexperience worker make is unpredictable. From this point of view, the inexperienced worker should far more less taken into account.

All in all, I cherish the viewpoint that experienced workers are preferable, even at a higher salary, in that inexperienced workers are less efficient, what is worse, they may even ruin the whole work.

The celebration events I would like to describe is Spring Festival. You know, I am from China and it is almost the most typical festival in my culture. Spring Festival is the last day of a year in lunar calendar. In this day, people usually try every means to get-together. We all wear new clothes, and make dumplings. And more then often, people do something special as a sign to welcome the coming new year, for example, we burn firework especially firecrackers. And of course, in this day, everyone is very happy.
