from the sex scandal of Clinton to the watergates' scandal of Nixson, we should notice the strong power contained in the scandals. it distract our attention from the things under the sun to the private things which are in the shadow. so i totally agree with the issue about the scandals' effect.
first, it is true scandals invoke people to pay attention to things that they never interested in. Dr,H ---a scientist in Korea, who reversed his great reputation in the academic field for the academic forge, probably once was known only by the professors, students in the biological field and the Korean who have strong nation ideal. as the news refers to the make-up research comes out, I am sure
this stroking information attracts more people's eyes in the world, not to mention the Korean. the scandal through which we contribute more energy to discuss the counteractive arised from the heavier pressure outside and concern the problems such as how to solve the style in academic field and so on.
second, scandals generally can effect us far more than the speaker or reformer who propagandize his ideal system in public. there once an Chinese ancient said that the bad things will disseminate to here and there. what an accurate words! curiosity is the human nature, we usually want to know whether it is a wolf or a sheep under an sheep skin; we also want to reveal the true aspect under the vestment. sometimes we sit in front of a television to appreciate a public speech, but it does not mean that we truly care about what the candidate  are talking about. just like Clinton ---the ex-president in America, even if his talk was always very fantastic, his politic works was handled very well, how many citizen will notice and mention him before his scandal was passed to every corners? in the circumstances, scandals help us to know more personals.
even so, I must concede that either the scandals about Clinton or Nixson surly invoke some bad effect on our mind. spreading of scandals, for some people, it is a good way to know more about some personals and further their knowledge concerning on their personals. but for some others, it may disappoint people, and even the worse, make the adults lost their faint to the leaders, lost their hope to a nation’s future, lost their support to some policy.
Just as I said above, scandal surly facilitate people to focus something, in the special way that the reformers can never reached, but at the meanwhile we see its powerful imagination, we should never ignore the negative effect either to the leaders or the common people. We should not use the scandal as an instruction to attract people’s attention.

So I totally agree with the issue about the scandals' effect. first, it is true scandals invoke(invoke是什么意思？我觉得用make或者stimulate就可以，或者convert people's attention from... to...） people to pay attention to things that they are never interested in.(不是不感兴趣，人们对一些黑幕是很感兴趣的，只是一般情况下不容易看到） Dr,H ---a scientist in Korea, who reversed（reverse不是翻转的意思吗？可以用gain） his great reputation in the（这个the多于） academic field for（学术造假是手段，用by比较好吧） the academic forge, probably once was known only by the professors, students in the biological field（这个biological出现的很突然） and the Korean who have strong national ideal.
