Topic :What are some important qualities of a good supervisor (boss)? Use specific details and examples to explain why these qualities are important

There is not a perfect man in the world. But in mine mind, being a good supervisor definitely requires several qualities. Among them the most important are self-confidence, tolerance, and passions. Since they all play important roles in keeping a team or company work healthy, each quality should be highlighted.

For the quality of self-confidence, we know that, without a strong self-confidence, a supervisor might miss a lot of great chances. Generally, less self-confidence he obtains, more hesitation he will be. It can hardly imagine that a supervisor who always hesitates in making decisions will bring our company prosperity. For this reason, self-confidence might be quite necessary.

Secondly, I prefer bosses to possessing tolerance for his or her employees. The reason is clear. Just because there is no one can avoid making mistake every time in work. When the time employees realize the mistake they have made, most of them are hoping to have a talk with their bosses and receive his or her tolerance. Compared with keeping fared of being fired, an employee will work more hard sincerely to compensate their boss’s great tolerance.

Passions is the last quality I will admire. With passion, ordinary people can make extraordinary achievement. Like wisely, supervisors with passions in work are able to solid his team, inspire his employees, and work together with them to overcome difficulties they meet. In this mean, the quality of passion is helpful and necessary.

In summary, although a company or team’s future will be determined by many reasons, the quality of its supervisor could in some degree provide great helps. Thus, supervisor with self-confidence, tolerance and passions are quite needed for every company and team.

简单说下口语,,,和我相比你说的很流利了,,,,当然还有待加强
条例清楚,不错,不过发音还不够清晰(可能是录的问题吧.....),里面有细节,不错

Among them the most important(things) are self-confidence, tolerance, and passions(好强的名词数量辨别,我一直以为是passion,这里说成passion for working之类的可能会更加明确一点). Since they all play important roles in keeping a team or company workhealthy, each quality should be highlighted.(后面两句不错,,前两句怪怪的,,,以来就一个强转折but,,个人觉得不大好吧...个人意见)
