That education will be truly effective if it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student is accepted by most of people contained the educator and the students. After all, the interest is the best teacher. However, the speaker overstated the importance of the education which must be designed according to individual interests. Moreover, completely designed education as this request is unpractical ,at least in current society, what's more, it may bring some uncharted passive effects.

As we all know, the interest which constituted the very force which propels the study forward place a vital part in the education process. For example, the famous physics, Zhenning Yang said that the key to achieve success is interests. When he was matriculated as a chemistry student, but he turn his steps to physical, and then he achieve the highest award in the area of physical.  Why ? Because the interest and the individual need can  make the study behavior actively ,Edison who worked hard at his laboratory and forget to eat, sleep, and have rest said that the interest is more important than talent. To the contrary, without it, the education amount to pour the information to students, this kind of education is ineffective.

Unfortunately, at the very beginning, the students have no sense of which subject is his favorite, which area he or she really interested. According to this, it is unreasonable to make student accept the education as his own interests. Moreover, basing on the function of education, only satisfy the students needs and interests is not enough. The purpose of education is not only to achieve students' need but also tell them the common sense, fundenment acknowledge, some other primary subject, and so forth. this above  also  play a essential role in the students' future career. If the interest is form the high building ,and the education without designed specifically is the structure of this building, query whether the building will crash sometime, or whether it can be constructed at all.

What's more , it is unpractical to satisfy all the student's need and interests at the same time. Because, the current education system can't afford it. when it comes to the teacher is also difficult to perform this task. As we all know, each student has his or her unique need and interests. It is almost a unreachable goal.

In the final analysis, i uphold the assertion to satisfy the students' needs and interests at maximum extent. at the some time, we should pay attention to fundenment education. As for the specifically designed education to meet the students needs and interests still has long way to go.
