Whether a company choosing to build a large factory near the community is a superior selection, whether it is a boon or a adversity, whether the advantages really take over the negative affect, there will be the diverse attitudes from different aspects and the perspective opinions will be described in the following passage.

Firstly, from the company position, the advantages of building a factory near a community may overwhelmingly takes over the disadvantages. No one can deny the human resource is the crucial importance for the company execution, and the community where their factory located in provides affluent potential resource, such as engineers, skill workers and managers who may choose this near factory because of the convenient. Furthermore, the company could not need to pay the employees the abundant allowance on the traffic which is really a considerable consume for the chronic operation. That may be the reason why the company tends to construct their factory in the community, not any other locations.

Secondly, from the personal perspective aspect, it is a complexity dilemma for the community residences, since the inferiorities of the factory building coexist its superiority. Conspicuously, this construction takes advantages to the residence here and a numerous reasons could be listed to support the facts, such as the relaxation of the tension in occupation and the convenience for the employees. Nevertheless, just like the sword has double blades, the adverse influences are brought in as the advantages. The tranquil environment may be broken up from the initiative construction and operation, the industry noise will fully fill in the whole community, and the pollution of air condition may be even deteriorated, so that no one could enjoy the quite sleep any more and no one could respire the clean air from the time factory produce.

From what I have discussed above, we can safely draw a conclusion that the construction of the factory in the community is not a simplistic debating, however, in a personal view, as long as the company promise to control the adverse influences such as pollution and noise, and make effort to keep the environment in harmony, it is not a evil ideal to bring the new factory here, in the community, to provide their advantages to the society.

The teacher which I admired is neither a famous professor nor a notable expert, she is only a high school teacher who taught me English.
Firstly, she is the teacher who affected my whole life. She really offered me a lot in study measures and knowledge master. she encouraged me ,helped me to win over myself and corrected my pronunciation and intonation.
Furthermore, she is a successful woman who I admire. She did research on the education of English teaching and made her lesson vivid and full of interests. She went to England to advanced study in education after my graduation and got the master degree, and several day before I heard that she was rewarded as the famous teacher of education in china.
She ‘s sprite in career striving and warm-hearted to encourage her student influent me and my following life. She is a ordinary people ,but actually, I admire.

文章写得挺好，思路清晰，语言流畅。提个建议，既然题目问support or not，最好对建厂的利多还是弊多有所侧重，你的作文好像利弊参半，有点骑墙。不妨利写两段，弊写一段。另外，文中举例较少，大多是说理论述。提个诀窍，举例时多引数字（可以自己编，但要像真的），让人觉得具体、有力
