TOPIC: ISSUE93 - "The concept of 'individual responsibility' is a necessary fiction. Although societies must hold individuals accountable for their own actions, people's behavior is largely determined by forces not of their own making."

Everyone should be responsible to himself. Responsibility is the fundamental quality of a true and comprehensive man. Anyone who is waved by the ideas and position from without is a failure man, an unable man, as he will lost him in the forest of human character. To retrospect the entire course of human development history, undoubtedly, in the dictionary of human, there are no words like “irresponsible”. And it is precisely self-determination propel us from the most primitive animal to the most intelligent and sophisticated one.

Responsibility comes from depths of soul, sensation, and thirst for knowledge, fortune and love. It is a very intense individual business, which can justly be determined by declaration from one's cerebra. We all know that basketball superstar Jordan, who gained momentous rewards on the basketball-field, but what is the essence for his success? Once he said to a correspondent interviewing him, "I love this game, basketball is my responsibility."  There is no substitute for Jordan's love to basketball, and make determination for him, so he just was responsible to himself by hard training and incessant self-encourage. And finally, the whole world witnessed his brilliant genius in playing basketball. His behavior for reaching his superstar position is absolutely determined by his intense intrinsic love of basketball.

In a natural way, we often encounter millions of troubles in the process of making own choice, determination for our future or impend behavior. The sense of boldness, assiduousness, and insistences, however, encourage us to accept all the troubles on hands and finally stand out independent measures and make independent determination. As a prevail motto in modern China goes "Those who confront more difficulty will become more strong".  Depressive times give an excellent person a power to beyond his or her limitation and stimulate the potential power. A successor won’t care what will mount after he or she have make a determination.

Deep down, our society needs more toleration and understanding between individuals and groups as to minimize the possible stasis effectiveness on the self-determination. This exigent social demand is also the very idea, in an other aspect, that we should determine our behavior and assure us to free their mind and spirit.
