If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

Which kind of employee would be hired more possible, an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Different people may have respective answers. In my opinion, the experienced worker has more merits than new hands, here are following three reasons.

First and foremost, even salary of senior worker is higher than the freshman, the former can make far more profits than the later. Take the computer programer for example, a sophisticated programer is familar with data structure, arithmatics, and means of debuging that always be used. However, the new comer may need refer to his book for grammer, or taking a long time for examining minor flaws in program. That's why some software companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, hunt for experienced programers with high price, just because this kind of workers are worth more than what they are payed.

Apart from that point I made above, there is still a significent cause for my choosing the experienced worker. With the experiences abtained from their work place, these employees can improve working efficency  directly or incline to provide reasonable advice for company's  productive.

last but not least, experienced worker with creative mind can invent new tools or means of production which will obviously benefit not only the company they work for, but the whole industry. A fitting example of GE can shed some light on this point. As we known, Adson is regarded as one of the most creative person all over the world. In fact, some of his inventions were first proposed by his adept workers.   

All in all, even new hands have lower salary which do good to conpany to cut down human resource costs. But they still can not parallel with those veterans in special aspects such as advancing efficiency, sensitive vocation awareness, and so firth.  Based on those reasons above, I prefer to hire the seasoned employee even their salary is not a piece of cake.

I think living room is more important in my house. First of all, it isa place where I lie down burden which I have to shoulder and have a greatsleep. When I come to my living room, a sense of relaxing fill with my body.

Second, it is also a place to improve emotion. Every night, beforesleeping, My wife and I will talk about things we experienced whole day,exchange our opinions, soothe each other, and dream our future, that is really asweet time.

So living room is indispensable for my life, it is the paramount partof my house.

I think living room is more（most） important in my house. First of all, it is a place where I lie down burden which I have to shoulder and have a great sleep. When I come to my living room, a sense of relaxing（relaxation） fill with my body.

Second, it is also a place to improve emotion. Every night, before sleeping, My wife and I will talk about things we experienced whole day, exchange our opinions, soothe each other, and dream our future, that is really a sweet time.

So living room is indispensable for my life, it is the paramount part of my house.(最后一句话，赞！)
