独立写作：Some people think that governments should spend as much money as possible on developing or buying computer technology. Other people disagree and think that this money should be spent on more basic needs. Which one of these opinions do you agree with? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.


What dose the soceity really need and whether it is a superior choice to spend as much money as possible on buying computer technology. When facing this problem, different people will provide their respective attitudes. Some argue that more computers means more technology, while others rationally believe that the basic needs doesn’t only equal to computer and other more essential requests also should be satisfied. As far as I am concerned, the latter opinion is similar to mine and the detail reason will be offered as following.

First and foremost, the main reason why I advocated the latter notion is that the computer technology could not substitute all the daily work in the people’s daily life. Although today computer occupys an indispensable position  not only in industry but also the in agriculture and service, actually when all have said and done, it is only the basic instrument and the fundamental method which can makes work faster and communication easier. However, no one can deny that in the entire process from designing integrate circuit of the part to the debugging the whole microcomputer, from the hardware plan to the software programme, the wisdom of human being could not be replaced. Moreover, in the daily life, abundant work could not be accomplished by computer, such as the negotiation in the business and diplomat between diverse countries, in which computer just serves as manner. In addition, more adverse influences will appear with the advent of excessive computerization, taking hacker attack in the network as a typical example.

Secondly, there are more crucial requests in the society which should have been transacted ,and government should spend more money on these issue beside the technology of computer. Improving level of people life is one of the most important missions of the government and it is highly necessary to pay more attention to the social welfare such as transportation, medical treatment and education. Therefore, poetry should be help and relieved, crowd in the transport should be reduced, and student and university should be funded. Additionally, other aspects also need the focus from the government, such as pollution and environment protection.

From what I have discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that government should spend money not only in the computer technology but also in the basic needs from the society, because the society is a combination of verity factors which are important similarly.
