Issue147 自己练过了,就写了51,请大家一样拍

提纲:
    1.观点,不同意。同意满足兴趣能更有效的使学生学习,但这是一个几乎不可能完成的工作去为每个学生设计学习。
    2.Admittedly 兴趣能更有效的使学生学习。明言:“Interests are the best teacher
      1>Interest能使学习更主动
      2>Interest能促使学生学习更深的,更广的相关的内容。
      3>能使学生选择其作为一生奋斗的career
    3.Howere, 不同意specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student
      1> From the standpoints of schoole or education system,每个学生制定计划不可行。
         学生多,兴趣The more the students, the more diverse the interests.
      2> From the standpoints of one students, even though 兴趣的好处,但a,兴趣会变,b,单单局限于兴趣有时是很单调的,需要综合
         c.兴趣不一定是需要的,理性的,也就不是很有意义了。
    4.Sum

The Speaker asserts that education wil be effective only when it si specificaly designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each students. I concede that interests can render the students an effective study. Howerer I strongly disagree with the assersion that to make a designe which meet the individual needs and interests of each students is practical or meaningful.

Admintted, for most of students,interests serve as catylists for study. There is an old saying that "interests are the best teacher". The significant contribution of interests to study can be interpreted in the following aspects. First, interests can make the students actively choose what to learn, how to learn most effectivily, what books they should read, what experiments to do. Second, if a student is interested in one area, it is highly likely he will consentrated in this area, learn deeper than the teacher required for the common students, and willing to learn the related area. These will guarantee he will fully understand this area. Third, a strong interest will help the student decide the career which one will spend his whole life for . If one are interested in a specified area when  he is just a student, further understanding of the area will make him set a goal to work in this area as his career. The early specified goal will hindge success for most people. Thus, the interests can help the students study effectively and have more chance to make an achievement in this area.

However, the merit of interests does not mean we have to make a specified designe to meet the individual needs and interests of each student to  pusure an effective education. From the standpoint of schools and education system, it is nearly impossible to designe specificaly  to meet individual needs and interests of each student. Because, the more students, the more diverse their interests and needs. The school can not make one schedule for each student, and it is highly impossible for the school to have specifed teachers for each students according the student's interests and needs. In fact, there are no school in the world worked in this way because even the most comprehesive school cannot have so much resources to meet the specified requirements of each students. The most pratical and common way is to the diverse subject, the students can choose the subjects if they are interested in them. The school will try their best to provide the subject commonly regarded as useful and interesting for majorty students, still there are some subjects the students are interesed in cannot be found in school's subjects list, then the only choice for the students is to resort to liberary. From the standpoint of students, it is also not always true that interests will benefit their study. First, if they are just interested in one area, they will likely to ignore the others which may be basic requirements for their further study and life. Second, the current interests may be not remain constant , especially in the increasing eventful world which changing is the topic. To decide what to learn just based on the current interests is not reasonable.

In sum, for the students, they can choose what to learn according to their interests and needs, and they can also make their plan or schedule based on them. For the school and education system, what they can to is to provide more subjects commonly regarded as most interesting  and useful for majority. But it will proved to be in vain to request the school to make the specified designe to meet the individual needs and interests of each stundent.
