Should all nations help support the establishment of a global university in the process of resolving the world's most persistent social problems , as the speaker asserts? I tend to agree with it in some respects . Nevertheless , we must minimize the possibilities of certain potential risks which otherwise will defeat the objective.

An compelling argument in favor of a global university has to do with the increasing global nature of social problems .One chief aim of our education is to equip our future citizen with all they require to take their place in society .Now our future citizen has to face a myaid(myriad) of  pressing social affairs ,which is simply not be solved apart from the international cooperation .For example ,all nations should need to cooperate in an effort to disarm ourselves of weapons in mass destruction ;to reduce the toxic emission that destroy our atmospheric ozone and warm our earth to a dangerous level ;to cut down the illegal measure of multinational drug trade ;to cure and prevent diseases before they become global epidemics .Otherwise ,we will risk self-destruction .In short, global peace ,evironmental protection ,and the survival of species provide us a powerful and convincing reason to establish a global university ,which will definitely sever our collective interest.

Another compelling argument of a global university involves the fact that faculties and students from different areas will provide distinctive cultural and educational perspectives about the problem they seek to solve .In fact ,it provide us nothing less than a place where we can learn invaluable lessons ,exchange mutual ideas ,thereby having a greater desire to understand each other more .To witness the meaningful communication ,we need to look no further than the classroom of university ,where we learn to negotiate ,compete ,and assert ourselves in a respectful manner ,and where we also learn about the harmful results of bullying or other anti-social problems .Those lessons helps our students grow up to be a good citizen ,an effective leader ,as well as a respectful and tolerant member of global village.

While the foregoing reasons why the global university help sovle certain social problem ,the establishment of the global university have some problems of its own ,which must be addressed in order to achieve its objective .In my view ,participant nations would need to overcome a host of administrative and political impediments. All nations would surely hard to agree on the issues to begin with .Such as  ,what kind of believes should the student be exposed to ?Or ,which areas of academics are most worth our time ,attention and resources ?There is no way to reach a reasonable consensus as a result .Besides ,it is irresponsible to leave these choices to the administrators and legislators .More importantly ,they are unlikely to make a wise and justifiable decision ,tainted by their quirky, biased ,and otherwise wrongheaded notion of what constitute a balanced international education system .In sum ,the establishment of a global university is rarely a straightforward issue ;sometimes it is a subjective problem needed a balance among various nation's unique interests and needs,crossing national boundaries.

To sum up ,global university is a effective and brand-new way to solve some social problems on some level .And if our researchers keep open-minded to the obstacles that might stand in the way of success and figure out a way to narrow the gap between different nations ,we would be a better pilot of our lives.
