issue17 "There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

In the modern world, no government could control the society well without its laws, but like the human being, mistakes, such as unjust laws, could not be avoided in the daily life. Should we disobey and resist that, just because the laws are endowed with justness? My answer to this question is of course no, for some obvious reason such as the personality of people, the natural quality of society.

Firstly, from the view of human beings, one could not simply identify whether a piece of law is just or unjust, only depend on his own thought. Because individual living in the world lives in varieties of culture and environment, and the step of education, one once accepted are all at different steps. As a result, they will treat the same laws in different views, holding their own answer to this question. So it would be impossible to conform all the opinions about laws, then the whole world will be getting into the trouble, that discussing whether each law is just or not.

Secondly, hardly one government could run on without the help of rules, as which is the effective tools from thousands years ago. Like one American president Thomas Jefferson once said (and I quto here) laws are order, a good law means the well order. The world will become disorder if government allowed public disobey and resist the laws, which would be unjust in their opinion. As what has discussed in above phrase, different people will hold different idea to the same law. As the matter of which, most laws existed in the world must be considered as unjust one, because the creaters' unavoid neglectition. In the world, one should obey all the laws, no matter whether it is just or not in his opinion.

To obey the laws in the world, as the civilizations, is the responsibility of individual, for keeping living in peace. Meanwhile, every government is trying its best to improve the laws to be perfect now with the out of their capability dream, which is making laws to satisfy most of the public. So we have to obey the public rule in the society with appropriate tolerance with the existing unjust laws. Also, one of the responsibilities of public is to current the impropriate laws, in the legal way. Thus, we could claim our advice in proper way and the government will have the rest to consider, when they should be trying to solve the political discussion if individual have the right to disobey and resist sort of unjust laws.

In sum, inevitable the unjust laws existing in the world, every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and in a peace way to wake the government to current the unjust ones. And our world must be better in the peace method to develop.

And our world must be better in the peace method to develop.

总结一下。条理是很清楚的，一段一个论点很好。有一个问题是：第三段你的论点是“无论法律公正与否，人们都应该遵守”，这个观点应该在最后结尾段再强调一下。否则只是说“应该遵守公正的法律，并且让政府处理不公正的法律”，感觉你在自己否定第三段的观点似的。
