Whenever my mum complained at me about what wired clothes I’ve worn, how high the heels I’ve put on my leg, and how terrible I’ve been doing my homework with my earpiece on, I’d always shouted back with “ come on, mum. This is not your age like 60s’ or 70s’, we are living in a modern world. And we are hardly sending messages with letters anymore!” and later, I will be doing some regretful thing about being so rude to my mum for saying “ I do not deny that the tradition is very far from me, I’ve just meant to say that can’t you just be more adopting to those modern thing, they can be compatible after all.”

Every time as long as I think of my mum’s complains always reminding me of the difference between tradition and modernization, it is true the essence causing the discrimination is the development of technology and the its promotion towards our society, of course, we can not deny the key change is people’s way of thinking! As to our tradition, unless gaining the permittion of our parents, we can not marry or marry to the people we’ve loved! The same with some old thinking way, such as in Chinese tradition, people used to turn the light all night on in order to chase the ghost. What’s more, when in their students’ time, obeying teachers, doing one thing at one time, even including girls should scribing a clear line between boys and so on. While look at the world of the present. It can be called a free world, for both male or female can live with their lover even before their marriage, and it is up to them concerning with their own once-or-twice-or more-in-a-life chance which is called marriage. What about the some old traditions, like some couples or students in china, who even don’t go back to join the big reunion, let along obeying those complicated details. Again, please look at the modern world and those future flowers who are living in it, changes happened all the time, school has gradually became a more all-inclusive educational system, teaching on the internet, or handing in the homework on the internet is never a fresh thing to the children right now right here. So, we do have say that modernization is like the head of a train which is far away from the tail of itself which can be called tradition, I am not trying to despise tradition as slowing down far behind, the only thing I want to declare is as long as they are all part of the train, although they are different, they can be compatible into a whole!


Whatever tradition or modernization, they all include some inner power to promote one country to its most prosperous position, and that’s the reason for our continuous happening of some advances that push us forward, so, in case they have something in common, they can be compatible probably. If you can not deduce it from common experiences, I can offer you some examples in some respects. As to the music fields, have you ever felt the super feeling when mixed some traditional component with modern one, If you haven’t got the chance, I will tell you that there is no nessessary to find them anywhere because this kind of music has already been anywhere around and leading the fashion. Turning to the clothing industry, do you know that just this year’s fashion line is mixing the traditional clothing characters into the modern ones?
Therefore, we can see this problem in this way: not only I will confess that the tradition and modernization can be compatible, but also they can be compatible into an another beautiful thing that can be called “creative” to lead us step into a totally new advanced world!
