As the development of society, individual’s needs and interests are emphasized more and more. So does it in education. However, will education have to be designed to meet everyone’s needs and interests? As far as my viewpoint, it is true that education should take individual’s(不用加s) needs and interests into consideration, but it is not necessary to meet all of them ,and actually, it is infeasible in the condition of (the)(换为)today’s finite educational resource (right now).(后半句改成which定语从句会不会好点)
Admittedly, the design of an effectual education should involve individuals’ characteristics. Everyone has his own characteristic, so the same means can not be effective to all of the students. Maybe the way which is effective for the one who love(s) thinking is useless for one(other one) who is good at memory.(两类人有可能是一个人,逻辑不严密) Moreover, each one has the subjects which he is good at(do well in 同意替换) and interested in, and the ones(others) he dislikes. Education should focus more on his advantages and interests. If you make the student who is good at sing(ing) to be a dancer rather than singer, he is hardly to be successful and it is also possible to mean a waste of a famous singer in future, which is the loss of society. Thus, individual’s characteristics can not be neglected in the design of education(写成by educators意思更直接).这个例子好像说服力不强呀, 他可能也有舞蹈天赋,那也不可惜。我觉得还是举个名人的成功例子更好。
However, individual’s characteristic is not the only factor in the development of a valid education. More other aspects should be considered. On the one hand, education also plays a significant role to keep the society harmonious. A broad education is valid to build the common sense for all students, which is the basic to assure the harmony of society. Conflicts are usually caused among people who have different ideas. It is hard to imagine that a society filled with diversified conflicts can keep stable in history. This goal can hardly be achieved through the education which only meets each one’s characteristic.(满足每个人的特点就会不合协吗?没有证据证明) On the other hand, specific designed education for individual is harmful to develop students’ abilities to communicate and cooperate with each other. They are all the centers in their own educations and know little about others. So it is difficult for them to know how to communicate with others.(兴趣小组不是很好的反例吗?他们合作很好亚) One of an example to support this is the former international chess champion in the world, Bobby Fisher, who is famous with his talent in international chess. But he was trained specifically in international chess only. So he did not know how to get along with others and becomes the betrayer of the nation finally. Lacking of the communication, cooperation will also be ridiculous. (成为叛徒一定是不会与人沟通合作造成的吗?) 该段是不是论证力度不够呀,例子不太吻合TS
Furthermore, the education to meet all students’ needs and interest can only stay on the level of ideal, since the education resource is not abundant enough today to support it. According to the way in this topic, ignoring the instruments firstly, more educators will be in demand, since each student will need several experts to instruct. However, the real condition is that educators are much less than students. In some areas in Africa, there is even no teacher. How can we find so many experts to support the education system. So based on this point only, the way to meet each one’s characteristic is impossible in fact. Taking the instruments into consideration, the education resource will be more destitute. Thus, the education in topic is hard to practice at present.
To sum up, an effective education should take individual’s characteristic into consideration. However, it can not be emphasized too much as what is represented in the topic, since education has more other effects for(impacts on) society. Moreover, the education to meet each student’s need and interest is unpractical at present based on such finite education resource. |
