The argument is well-presented, but not thoroughly well-reasoned. The author makes the conclusion that kappa is opioids should be prescribed for women whenever pain medication whenever pain medication is required, whereas men should be given other kinds of pain medication. In addition, researchers should reevaluate the effects of all medications on men versus women. At first glance, the author's reasoning seems to be appealing, while clearly examining the author's reasoning, we may find that it is unconvincing. The argument contains several facts that are questionable.

First of all, the author's evidences are insufficient to support the conclusion. We can not make sure that men and women experience pain very differently from one another. The author does not provide any evidence to support it. We only know that a new report suggests this. Besides this, the wisdom teeth extracted can not present all the conditions. Perhaps the men will feel strong pain only when their wisdom teeth are extracted.

Secondly, the arguer makes an oversimplified analogy between the kappa opioids and the pain medication what should be given to men or women. 28 men and 20 women can not represent others because the number of them is too small. Furthermore, the feeling of much less pain may not be brought by the difference of gender. Of course, we all know that everyone's health is different. So it is possible that the health difference leads to the different feeling of pain. In addition, is the reported pain having some psycho-effect on 28 men and 20 women? If so, there may be the men feeling of much pain just because of their psycho-effect. Also in reference to the women, they may have a strong volition so they say that they feel less pain. But as to medicine, we should put more attention to physiological problems.

Last but not least, even if the men should be given other kinds of pain medication, we should not reevaluate the effects of all medications on men versus women, because this example may be just a extraordinary. So the conclusion is too arbitrary.

To sum up, the conclusion lacks of credibility. Regardless of who the author is, he or she has overlooked or chosen to ignore many aspects of his or her conclusion. To strengthen the conclusion, the author should give more evidences about the above-mentioned possibilities.

2 感觉反驳的比较吃力 跟我差不多 模板化太突出
3 这篇感觉有点难 能在30分钟内完成 也算是可以了
