it is better to work for a large company than for a small company（周四作业）

To do work is so significant that could fulfill one's dream and maintain one's living. Usually, it is hard for one primely choose working place. I want to give a suggestion to he/she-to go to the working place where could exhibit all you abilities. For me, I will choose the small one if there is choice between the large company and the small company.

First, comparing with the large company, the small one could easily indicate one's personal value. As we all know that the individual's function seems less salient in the large company than that of the small one. Because employees are always work together and work out the difficult assignments with their efforts. So one’s effort is share with the group. In the small company, however, usually one has to solve the problems alone since a few of staff. Successful solving the intractable assignment will not only be reward, but also enhance the confidence and explore the potential. Thus, the most precious thing in the one's working is the capability of solving problem alone.

Admittedly, one works for large company accumulating many experiences but can not learn the whole process of company operation in a short time. The keeping secret of the large company is so strict that hardly to know other apartments working contents. Year after year, to regard as he/she found that his/she had missed the best time to carve out causes and little energy and time to fulfill his/her primary dream, just working as one of many processes in the production line. We can see many celebrities who did not participant any large companies just worked at the small, but became the millionaires. Such as Bill Gates, Jiacheng Lee and so on.

In the last, the small company is easily influenced by the fluctuation of market, but the approaches of solving these problems are invaluable measure. Here is one word deep in my hard said by the CEO of SONY: the way to the success is merely one, but the ways caused failures are many; the most valuable capacity should be learned by people is how to resurrect in the failures. People could obtain this opportunity in the small companies more than in the large.

In sum, offering more chance of working out problems, learning the whole process of operation, and the indeterminacy are the advantages of small companies, and the reasons why I choose the small company.
