The raising consideration of the seeking for new energy resource gains enhancing attention from the public. Whether or now these new forms of energy provider could supplant the former share possessed by the conventional energy resources such as petroleum or coal is still unclear, but in my perspective, this is quite a tough task thus requires long-term struggle.

The first aspect making the situation a predicament is the scale of facilities available which are designed to meet the need of conventional resources is so astronomical, that totally abandon them or reconstruct them to adopt new need is a mission impossible in a few years. Gas stations are almost ubiquitous, imagine if government enforces immediate replacement of these, it would undoubtedly lead to exhaustion of enormous expenditure as well as labor force.

Even though the technique is mature enough and sufficient fund and working force are in hand to achieve the above assumption, the market itself is still left in doubt. Whether the public can accept the new forms of energy? Whether they are willing to spend their painstaking savings into consuming the instruments powered by new energy resources, while their elder ones turned out to be a pile of trash? Every progress in technology demands years of practicality evaluation until attaining public approval, could it be implemented.

So, as a matter of fact, even if the new energy resources could serve ultimately to the environment protection and retrench of raw material, the popularize of them claims for gradually public awareness and utilization progress, hence make this undertaking to last the span of generations.

观点最好要在首段就表明，另外不能两面都谈，这不同于GRE的ISSUE, 谈过多对立面的好处会被视为跑题 加油
