The use of car would decrease in the next 20 years.

Some people argue that with the increasing consciousness about environment protection, the use of cars would decrease. However, as to me, I think the car consumption would not decrease but increase due to the following reasons.

First of all, with the help of technology, new cars with gas power system attract a large number of consumers that highly activate the car consuming market. Though the price of petroleum increases seriously than the past, our scientists have introduced gas instead of petroleum to drive the car. And now these new cars with gas power system are more welcome than that with petroleum power system. What's more, the new cars cause less pollution to the environment thus attracting many governors' attention. It is entirely possible that in the next two decades, more and more countries are going to produce this kind of car, which stands for a broader car market for the car industry.


What's more, due to the fast development of science and technology as well as the dramatically improvement of society, our life standards improve significantly and enjoyment becomes the new theme especially for the young people. One of the most prominent representatives is the increasing in car consumptions. As we all know, cars are still the most favorite tools for traveling, especially for the whole family. So a lot of people prefer to purchase cars when they are rich. Take ourselves as an example. Many of our classmates decide to buy cars first after working for several years. They are the typical representatives of the youth. Therefore, the market of car consuming would continue to obtain prosperous in the next two decades.

In sum, the use of cars would not decrease in the next two decades. On the contrary, car consuming market would probably become more prosperous as a result of technical improvement.
