Working in famous companies or small ones has distinct benefits and chances to gain experience.
And for the sake of working environment and condition, many people may choose to work in famous companies, who can offer more welfares and training in overseas. Therefore, working in famous companies may become one of aims in people lives instead of working for small companies.

In the first place, the youngster can learn advanced management and technique under the environment of famous companies. Generally working for those companies one can have opportunity to touch the latest information, which can help improve oneself and provide concerning experience when he/she plans to establish a private company. Meanwhile, there are many talented people working in famous companies that one could make some excellent friends, and those may have proper suggestions about works, lives or having new company. And also, some of them may become one's consultants or cooperators when set up a private company.

In the second place, comparing with famous companies, the benefits and training in abroad cannot be provided in small enterprises. Before people start working in a big company, he/she may have a not short period training, sometimes in other cities and even in other country if that is an international company. It is an opportunity to improve one's scope and working skills that no one can afford. Besides that, the benefits from famous companies such as insurance, traveling to foreign countries can make people enjoy lives instead of worried about the high price of insurance. At the same time, what the famous companies offer not only can bring improvement in working but also help develop one's personality and character through company’s culture.

In conclusion, people would make more progresses in famous companies under the advanced management and technology which can bring both improvements in lives and development in works. Therefore, there are more advantages to work for famous companies.

两个主要的问题吧。第一个是缺少例子，感觉整篇都是在翻来覆去的讲道理，这不太好。建议在brainstrom的时候，也要想出几个例子来。另外，famous company不一定是large company，你在这篇作文中全篇都用的是famous company，可能有些欠妥。部分地方为了丰富一下词汇，调整一下是可以的。Fighting!
