Most people hold the opinion that the school is a micro-society which should get the students well prepared for the real outside world. So in this times which calls the team spirit greatly, most schools get the students work in a team to accomplish a project, which I am quite for; however, usually, they give all the team members the same marks, which I strongly disagree.

For one thing, modern society is full filled with teamwork, no matter what field the students will work in. With the development of society, the times when a single person with strong personal qualities can success easily has gone far away. The work in the society, which the students will participate after they graduate, becomes larger and larger, and they can never be accomplished besides teamwork. So it would be a good idea for the students to practice in the team before they come to the real work.  I would like to take my friend Bob as an example. Once our teacher assigned us to write a program to deal with some survey data in the form of teamwork. Since Bob this experience in teamwork, he quickly got used to work in a team when he was enrolled in a software company.

For another, it is unfair to give all the team members the same mark since their contributions in the project are absolutely different. Since the mark, which we can regard as a reward to his work in the project, basically represent how much he contributes, so why they get the same mark? It is a good idea that the team member who contributes a more get a relatively higher mark, for example the leader or the organizer. Also, this mechanism will act as a motivation to all the team members, it places all of them at a positive role a passive one. We can easily understand the effect of different rewards, just take a glance at any company which runs in the law of the real market, its workers are all paid differently. Accordingly, why not reward each team member according to his contribution?

Taking into account of all the factors above, we can safely draw the conclusion that it's a good idea to get the students finish the project in teamwork, however, it's really bad to reward them all with the same mark.

Most people hold the opinion that the school is a micro-society which should get the students well prepared for the real outside world. So in this times which calls the team spirit greatly, most schools get(前面用过get这里可以用make) the students work in a team to accomplish a project, which I am quite for;(.) however, usually, they give all the team members the same marks, which I strongly disagree.

For one thing, modern society is full(除去full或者改为be full of) filled with teamwork, no matter what field the students will work in. With the development of society, the times when(that) a single person with strong personal qualities can success easily has gone far away. The work in the society, which the students will participate after they graduate, becomes larger and larger, and they can never be accomplished besides(except for) teamwork.

For another (reason)it is unfair to give all the team members the same mark since their contributions in the project are absolutely different. Since the mark, which we can regard as a reward to his work in the project, basically represent how much he contributes, so why(do) they get the same mark? It is a good idea that the team member who contributes a more get a relatively higher mark, for example(改为such as For xample 用于举例子主要跟句子在后面) leader or the organizer. Also, this mechanism will act as a motivation to all the team members, it places all of them at a positive role a passive one(不懂。。). We can easily understand the effect of different rewards, just take a glance at any company which runs in the law of the real market, its workers are all paid differently. Accordingly, why not reward each team member according to his contribution?(。)

Taking into account of all the factors above, we can safely draw the conclusion that it's a good idea to get the students finish the project in teamwork, however, it's really bad to reward them all with the same mark.

For one thing, modern society is full filled with teamwork(is full of 或者is filled with), no matter what field the students will work in. With the development of society, the times when a single person with strong personal qualities can success easily has gone far away. For another(For the other thing), it is unfair to give all the team members the same mark since their contributions in the project are absolutely different. Since the mark, which we can regard as a reward to his work in the project, basically represent how much he contributes, so why (do) they get the same mark? It is a good idea that the team member who contributes a(去掉) more should get a relatively higher mark, for example (such as)the leader or the organizer. Also, this mechanism will act as a motivation to all the team members, it places all of them at a positive role a passive one. We can easily understand the effect(s) of different rewards,(.)(Just) just take a glance at any company which runs in the law of the real market(不好意思,不太懂), its workers are all paid differently. Accordingly, why (does)not reward each team member (顺序好象不对,each member reward) according to his (or her) contribution?

Taking into account of all the factors above, we can safely draw the conclusion that it's a good idea to get the students finish the project in teamwork, however, it's really bad to reward them all with the same mark.
