Whether is advantage or disadvantage to give the same score to the team member that depends on how the team is organize and how agreement the value of the entire member in the team.

As far as I concerned, if the team is had strong team work. And the project plays a significant role in the members’ life. That the team members will be discipline themselves, and would devoted heart and soul into the project. In this way, it is better to give the same score to each team member in which cause everyone would feel pound if the team gains a high grade.

On the other hand, in the case that the project is given just for finished and gain an unimportant grade in university life. It may not give exciting to students to accomplish. Then each student will depend on others to finish it. That is better to give different student different grade for the project in which part they finish.

Above all, whether is advantage or disadvantage to give the same grade to all the team member depends on how important member think the project is. If they consider that the project is significant, it is better to mark the same grade. If not, they just consider that is a peak nut significant, it is better to give different member different grade.
