people without education is like flowers without sunshine while education without teachers are like fish without water. Teachers play an vital role in students' study, so they are paid according to the performance of their is a wise decision in education system.

It is goes without saying that the duty of teachers is impart knowledge to their students, thus the performance of their students is a criterion to evaluate teaching effect. we may take a glance at a common example, my teacher Miss Green, who is a excellent stuff in our school due to her exceptional teaching ability and special teaching method, which is revealed by our class high average-grade in every examination. In this situation, we have a great interesting in our study and also school leaders extol a high virtues on her and give her a high salary, for Green's advanced teach method. So, teachers are paid according the performance of their students is an optimal and impartial factors by school.

Another point worth mentioning is that it is will bring benefit to students, if teachers are paid by students' performance. Nothing can be compared with this manner, for teachers in order to obtain a high salaries are willing to dramatically promote learning abilities of students and improve grade of students. They have to do their best in instruction and concentrate on school jobs. The increasing number of Teachers pay more attention to their students, also students can be taken more important than before. High salaries never fail to fascinating teachers' eyes so it can stimulating  teachers' motivation and bring various merits to students.with this evaluate manner,not only can our teachers get deserved awards but can students reach a perfect achievement as well.

Based on all the facts previously stated, we could safely draw the conclusion that teachers be paid according to the performance of their students is taken for granted. I never remain suspicious of this evaluate manner.
