Issue 51: Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.
提纲： 1、作者观点片面，在一定程度上说，按兴趣个个人需要来说的确会更有动力
       2、但是，教育不能由个人喜好决定，许多学科尤其基础学科是作为一个社会人所必备的常识
       3、专业的发展前景及薪水
       4、对社会的贡献

When talking about education, there are always different kinds of ideas in which follow as the different people who live in various backgrounds. Currently, some one insists on raising children according to their interests or requirement, however, to some extend, I do disagree with this idea as it seems unilateral and utter.

It is true that interest does play a key role in learning, as an adage said “interest is the best teacher for children on the road of study.” If children could choose, it is quietly possible for them to enjoy what they really appreciate, without any scruple. Indeed, as an ideal object, especially the favorite one, the process of learning will be more enjoyable, for which also could tend the subject to effective and efficiency, rather than unwilling. And some one might contribute to this area. One man call Zhang Hung, a great geographer who lived in old China, guaranteed for seismology. When he was young he always observed stones, during feeding sheep. He preferred to collect them, recording the colors and characters. Because of his interest, he got into deeply and finally invented the seism scope.

Nevertheless, from the angle of integer, the destination of education is leading our children into useful talents cultivation. Based on a modern society person, it is necessarily to learn the basic subjects such as mathematics, linguistics, physics, chemistry, history, especially in the high school level. They are considered as general knowledge and common sense of working and living. Apparently, education must stand at a much higher level---proceed from the overall profits.

In addition, even though the interest could improve the quality of learning, we have to understand whether the child is able to acquire a better outlook in favor. It appears that anyone who is willing to achieve a better future not only needs the spirit of industry, but also makes a correct choice. In particularly the fact of the world that is fulfilled with elimination and competition, the instinct of subsistence, as a direct object, is frequently considered. In university, there are a great number of students select economies, marketing, communication which are application subjects that could find jobs easily. While some other subjects which are research are chosen less.

Then the impressive gain in output attribute to education is responsibility of the whole society. Common weal and the persistence social problems are the ones that we must pay much attention to focus on. Serve to solve these questions we should concentrate on training for more professional talents, trying our best to arousing the public awareness. Obviously, it is essential and crucial to bring up children to benefit for mankind. In the west of China, teacher is inadequate that results in less quality of education. Since a couple years ago, the teacher’s colleges and university began to broaden admissions and provide assistances, the condition of lacking teachers improves more.

Education as an extreme vital item of humans should be deliberated. Without general policy, both individuals and society might become chaotic and even lose the opportunity of future. Thus, we must educate as the facts and finding what the stakes are.
