     There is a permanent debate about which is more important between individuality and conformity in making personal economic success. Most people recognize the benefits of individuality while the other held the opinion that the personal economic success requires conformity. As for me, I prefer to strike a balance between individuality and conformity.
     It is no doubt that individuality is the fundamental factor to achieve a goal. People who always conform to the ready-made regulation or other’s experience can never make his success. Individuality is the key to break through the restriction of the regulation and exert one’s infinite potential to develop a better way to accomplish the task. Take advertising for example, nowadays, almost no commodity can succeed in market without advertisement and a brand can hardy go a long way without the sustainment of advertisement. And you will find that almost all the most successful advertisements which bring notable economic profit to the companies are mostly originate from the creativity, which means dare to put his idea into  practice rather than imitate former success or hesitate when disapproval rise. Can you imagine the advertisements about are similar to each other or even have no difference with the ones decades ago.
     However, individuality doesn’t sheer conflict with conformity. Most people today place much emphasis on individuality and conformity is ignored. In faith, Individuality is the foremost element of success, but conformity is also of great importance. When you work individual, conformity is to obey to the basic moral sense and sometimes to learn from other’s success. When you work in a group, conformity is to consider other's opinions and even conform to them. Suppose that there is a extraordinary pressing assignment whereas all the staffs in a company are all consider their idea is correct and disregard the order and regulation. Their ideas might all very creative and feasible, but it is impossible to let all of them practice individual since it is lavish in resource without any efficiency. In such a situation, conformity is in dire need in the principle of economy .What the company has to do is the manager selects only one idea from them and the other have to conform to the decision everyone has the responsibility to maintain the interest of company.
     It seems that conformity is very contrary with individuality, but they are in fact coincident. Taking full advantage of individuality may make work done in a surprisingly excellent. Meanwhile, we can not excessively emphasize the importance of individuality and ignore conformity, which promise a more efficient and secure work.
