Have a look about the contemporary fields of research, you will have a surprise finding that most significant advance in the contemporary life is by the connection of two or more than two fields of study. Indeed, one field of study can advance significantly if outsiders bring their knowledge and experience to that field of study.

Due to the complexity of problems human meet, it needs all-around and systematic knowledge to put together to settle down the problem. The nature is composed of various and intricate phenomenon. Only through one visual angle to study a phenomenon has its limitation, cannot uncover the nature of the problem, and cannot recognize the rule of the problem deeply. Thus, none but from more visual angle, combining subjects together that will form an accurate and integrate recognition. Take the subject of material as an example. Material science is a comprehensive subject that it takes diversified research field such as physics, mathematics and chemistry together, understanding more realms of research is advantageous to have a deep understanding of any materials.

We just talked that the diversity of the knowledge is vital to understand a phenomenon in the above, then we will talk about the importance of inspiration what outsiders brings to any field of study. It is awesome that researchers' minds are confined by some fixed thinking whereas researchers overlooks other fields easily have their thoughts restricted. On the contrary, those researchers who observe outsiders of their field are easily aroused inspirations and make a significant progress. For example, some researchers of materials noticed that gossamer is not only lightness but also have outstanding flexibility and hardness, then they research the principle of gossamer, exert it to material science, invent bullet-proof vests. It is a great progress through some inspirations biology brings to material science.

Outsiders of one field of study not only bring respirations to researchers, but also provide tools for one realm of researching. Take biology, one of the most noticeable science in the contemporary world as an example, if it was not because of the development of physics several hundred years ago, the microscope would never come out and thus all the breakthrough to microbiology would never happen, not saying that the highly developed cell biology, molecular biology in modern world. Therefore, a significant breakthrough in one field recurs to the development of other fields.

In sum up, no field of study can advance significantly without outsiders bring their knowledge and experience to that field of study. One field affect other fields of research in three fields: (1) a complicated problem need several fields connect together; (2) One field provides inspirations and approaches to other fields of research; (3) One field sometimes is tool to other fields of study.
