In the recent era, there is growing emphasis on individuality for the related benefit. There raises a question that which the well being of both people and the society depend on most, the individuality or conformity? Concerning this complicated issue, in my opinion, individuality and conformity have their own benefit in corresponding fields, which is more significant, I should claim the harmony of not only the world but also the human society deserves emphasis from the public.

To begin with, the effect of personality is able to make individual identified and distinguished, and further it can draw close attention from the others. Naturally the same achievement of individuality might receive higher praise than those whose characteristics conform to the majority.  Moreover, especially the individuals who work in the fields of entertainment, such as actors ,singers, and so forth, might have extraordinary advancement in attracting their audience. This can easily explain why the actors or singers are able to be admired and worshiped by the public ,who have special features no matter in their appearance of personality. An illustrating example involves that Michael Jackson, one of the most popular pop stars, is famous for his special ways of both singing and dancing. Simply put, without such unique features, he would be not widely preferred no matter how well his sings.

Yet, over identified might equal to divergence of opinion, or even conflict to some extent. Therefore, conforming to the most prevalent ways of behaving might solve such conflict and avoid fight against each other. Meanwhile, conformity stands for negotiation. Only do the individuals, who hold different or even opposite opinions, share minds to reach the ultimate agreement, can they make mutual prosperity. Consider, for example, in the commercial fields, different companies keep vying for more profit and better surviving environment. While when facing limited profit, over contention of price might seriously undermine the profit for the both cooperation. Under this circumstance, people should learn to concede and share, which could lead to improvement in the long term. In consequence, the ability to conform to others or to the society can also bring benefit and long term development to individuals.

Obviously, some fields require individuality, and other parts of the society call for conformity on the other hand. Thus, I should make my conclusion that the harmony of the world and the society turns to be of the most importance. While the meaning of harmony differs greatly concerning different fields of life. To expand it, on the one hand, in the fields of entertainment, harmony refers to individuality of the actors, which brings colorful appearance to the audience. On the other hand, conforming to the most wide spread minds brings harmony to social lives, which could result in an overall development of the society, especially for those political or commercial organizations. In a word, the harmony of the society calls for improvement of almost every individual, regardless of its forms when concerning different fields of lives. That is my the Chairman of China, Mr. Hu announced to the world his theory of developing the harmony of the world.

In brief, both individuality and conformity are beneficial to the well being of the world, and the this two aspect best embodies harmony of the world, which is the essence in the development for both individuals or parties.

总体都写的很好，只是一点拙见，那个胡某人的讲话最好不要，在作文中要尽量避免关于中国的政治，因为外国人如果对中国的政治持有一些看法的话，很容易造成很坏的印象。

虽然感觉论证非常透彻，但是没有强调经济上的成功，如果稍微强调一下  会让文章增色不少。
