ISSUE 59: Too much emphasis is placed on role models. Instead of copying others,
    people should learn to think and act independently and thus make the choices
    that are best for them."
   
    提纲：
    1.同意改观点。
    2.Admittedly，role model很重要，给人一个参照，好实施。尤其对于一个初学者，我们都是习惯于参照别人成果；例子，小孩总是参照父母；
      社会也在给我们塑造Hero model in certain area， 给人们启示和参照，甚至是一个优秀的标准。
    3.但是role model的作用应该全面的看待。
      1>因为Role model是一个人，象我们一样，也有缺点，不能完全模仿，要认识借鉴，全面对待对待。空间上的局限性；
      2>Role model可能会过时，时间上的局限性；
      3>即使大家广泛认为正确的也不一定适合自己，因人而异，做自己的选择。
        A.especially true when it come to年轻人,role model一般都是experienced，年轻人又creative，courage，image
        B.科学研究领域，要敢于怀疑权威。例子，
        C.初学者比权威经验少，限制也少，能发挥想象力。
     In short，如果大家都统一到Role model，社会会是什么样子？正因为diversity，社会才colorful，dynamism.

I fundanmentally agree with the author's assertion that we have placed too much emphasis on role models, which benefit us with providing reference and guide to our behavior while alse provent us from thinking creatively. Thus it is better to learn to think and act independently and make the choices that are best for us instead of just copying others.

Admittely, the value of model should not be ignored easily. It provide reference when we are not familiar with a new area, and help us know what to do is right, even it cannot present us a perfect solution, it does indeed give us enlightenment, which is critical for a beginner.On a individual level, the parents have always been regarded as role model for their children, and their behaviors, even very small actions will be imitated by their kids. Thus it is not too hard to explain why the characters of children so greatly influenced by their parents. It's the value of role model. On a society level,  the heros and heroins of area have always been choosed as the role models, which to some degree, established a standard for the others. We must learn something from them, the more we can do as them, the more we can be recognized by the society since the role model reflect the action value of the  whole society. In short,  the role models serve as an target for those supposed to learn from them.

However, only learning from the role models and giving up the chance to make decisions by ourselves are definitely wrong. First, the role model is choose from us, they are excellent in some aspects, which serve as a standard in these aspects. Nevertheness, they surely have some defects. So the ability to distinguish what we should learn from the role model and what is not worthy learning is essential for every one. The negative charactor of parents can also be found from their children, this illustrate the result of learning from the role models blindly. Second, the role model are those we regarded right in the past time, whether they can serve as a guide for us is no less complex. Especially in the increasing eventful world, we cannot perceive the world with the eye we used yesterday . Finally, it may be a better method to think and act independently, then take the successful aspects of role models into consideration. This is especially true when come to the young men, who have passion, courage, creativity and imagination. In contrast, the role models the society selected are always experienced in certain area. It can be more effective to encourage the youg men to do according to their own decision or even their imagination and take the experience of the role models.

In sum,  it is right for us to actively select what we should learn from the role models and make our own decision. Especially for the young men, we should respect the role models and those we regarded as authorities and not copy them, try to strike a balance between learning from others and doing by ourselves. Only by doing this, can we make an improvement for the area we work in and for ourselves.
