Nowadays, the ability to cooperate is more important than past? Agree or disagree?

As I am becoming a somewhat mature people than I was be, I find that I cannot separate myself from others when I was studying or living or even entertaining. So I agree with the point that it's more important to cooperate with others today.

Firstly, when we study in school, we students are always asked to do some homework in groups. That is because teacher want to cultivate the ability of cooperation of us, that is, every one of us has the aspect that we are good at when we are completing the same project. We can use our specialized knowledge to help the group perfecting the work, and more importantly is that we can also study more that maybe we are not so familiar with from other mates in the group. So, cooperating can raise the efficiency and can improve ourselves.         

Secondly, cooperating brings more understanding. Most enterprises today tend to prepare a program about quality expansion which aims to make new staff know each other much more and to cultivate their consciousness of group cooperation. And an investigation shows that more than 2 out of 3 staff in the company which has the quality expansion program are more passionate and cooperated better than the staff who were not take in the program.

In sum, since there is no probability that we live without others' interference, we'd better cooperate happily with the ones who may help us working effectively, studying widely, and playing rejoicingly. Remember, that is not what we have to do in nowadays, but is an ability we should gradually master.
