Alone with the progress of the society, an growing amount of attention is paid to education by schools. So there raise a question whether the parents and the communities should involve in the youth's education or not. Concerning this issue, I am prone to claim that as main part of education for students, the professional educations from schools should draw close emphasis by the society, yet the influence of both the parents and the communities have on the children should not neglected at the same time.

Generally, the education from elementary school to colleges runs on the basis of effective works by the teachers. Specially trained, the teachers knows what the students needs and how to teach the students with the most effective ways so that they could teach knowledge and skills, mainly in books. In the schools, the students can not only receive skill training but also build their own value system by the guidance of the teachers, Besides, the entire system of education makes up of a great amount of educators who excel at their corresponding fields, which would be able to endow the students with a diversity of knowledge storage. And the parents and the community are lack of such advantages.

Yet, that is not to say we can omit the effect of the parents and the communities in the children's education. As common sense, the parents are the first teachers for the children at the time of their birth, and every child would imitate the behaviors of their parents. So before the children enter schools, the education from the parents largely determines the young kids' future- poor behaviors of the parents would result in bad manners for the children, while good characteristics would set beneficial examples for the children to follow. What is unfortunate, the bad habits learned from the parents would not be easily diminished even under the help of professional educators. Therefore, educations by the parents rank first in all stages of educations for the children. This could best illustrate why the parents have drawn an increasing concern about the educations before schools.

Concerning the education by the communities, the communities do not directly tell what should do ,what is not suggested, and what is forbidden, only through experiences or lessons could the youngsters draw their conclusions about life. Persons in this stage would not get much help from the others but all depend on themselves. Consider, for example, in the childhood, the parents would warn the child not to do harm to others, when growing up, at the time the young kid needs to face the society all by himself, no one would give similar warning. They keep committing mistakes and making achievements, and the intelligent individuals would not only absorb the experiences in the mistakes to avoid making similar faults any more, but also study the effective methods through success.

Consider as a whole, the educations given by parents or the communities have longer effect in the whole process of growing for the youth. It is true that during school time, the teachers would show their students how to behave, whereas, the real applications of the guidance from the teachers would be under the supervision of the parents. Simply put, if the parents do not care the children's behaviors, the effect of the professional educators would not be pleasing. Moreover, after all the period of school education can not last in the entire life process for every individual, while the communities are not tired of educating the people even when people grow older. To some extent, the disciplines gained in the schools could only become part of personal value system at the time they are applied in the real experience in the society through out every stages in life. And according to such experiences, one still makes modifications to the rules learned from the teachers.

In brief, as the most significant part of personality development, we need to acknowledge the important position of school education, further the education should include the effort by both the parents and the communities.
