ARGUMENT
  In this story,we saw that Whirwind company was in decline at first. But when it adapted its business tactics, it wii be glorious in the nrea future.
  It is encouraging and facinating to observe this exciting development in which the administrtors appears all the time to grasp two keys firmly. One is the developing tendency of needs , the other is the propaganda to the maket. The former is that when the needs for graphic game increased, they poured their energy into the right direction. The latter is that when they produce graphic games, they try their best to make as many comsumers as possible know.
  In a word all the efforts solve two critival problems of business prettily, what to do ?whom do they produce for ? So their success follows a rational line to do some work well.
