Dear Sir or Madam:

I'm writing to complain about the condition of house living and dining service offered by your school.

I am currently in your IELTS training program and try to improve my English level as expected in the first place. There are, however, some problems causing inconvenience for study. Firstly, it is a long distance from the place I live to campus, which takes about 30 minutes walking to classroom. I am wondering why I can not stay somewhere close to the lecture room. There is no any indication about the physical location of student dorm in the letter of acceptance. Besides, everyday I can not enjoy my lunch, as not being allowed to dine in major canteens on campus. Therefore, I have to go to a small cafeteria instead, which offers limited cuisine with less nutrition.

I believe that condition of accommodation is one of the most important factors for quality education in training school, especially for students like me coming from other province far away. I am eagerly looking forward to improved situation for the above issue.
